We use Wrike to project manage our marketing requests for the entire university. Before Wrike we relied on email, and the result was chaos. Now we can not only track and manage all the requests more efficiently and effectively, but we can see metrics on how many requests are completed in a given year.
  • Provide a single place for intake of requests
  • Streamline and consolidate communication around requests
  • Provide metrics on numbers of requests handled and in what timeframe
  • Notifications can be a bit overwhelming, but are customizable
  • Visual interface is a bit dated
Wrike is great for project management and tracking. It might be less useful for collaboration on a specific project between multiple departments.

I have been using Wrike to complete task assigned by managers. This helps me keep everybody in the team informed by easily attaching their name to the task. It’s also helpful in terms of highlighting when each comment was made by pointing out the date and the time sometimes when spelling errors occurs, you are able to amend the previous comment attached or add further information when required, another reason I’ve been using Wrike recently was to keep all the team members informed of particular learning needs so I’m able to update the comments and made using the same platform and it’s accessible to everybody in the team to review

I use it predominantly for rapid communications with colleagues who are in the design function. I use it to ask them to carry out tasks that need to be completed, namely the creation of documents, PDF files, websites, newsletters and other visual content. I think that it streamlines a lot of tasks, which I find very useful.
  • Streamlines tasks
  • Immediate communications with the right people (departments) in the company
  • Allows easy collaboration
  • Updates could be more frequent
  • It could be more visual -- at the moment it's very content heavy
  • Notifications could be more elegant
I think it's superb when it comes to passing tasks over to the right departments in the company. In terms of the work I do, it helps me liaise and communicate with the design team, who I need to work with closely. Also, my company operates in numerous territories and countries, so it is very handy.

Wrike a superior product in nearly every way. While Scoro is fairly simple to use and relatively straightforward to navigate, Wrike is a lot more convenient, engaging and intuitive. I would likely choose Wrike over any other similar product -- it does exactly what you want it to do, and then some.

We use Wrike to organize workflows, assign tasks with due dates, and communicate within those tasks. Using Wrike eliminates the risk of losing the "paper trail" or not knowing what status a task is in since we can easily change the status and comment with updates that are shared with the team.
  • Easy task creation with clear due dates
  • Ability to modify the status of tasks while they're being worked on
  • Very visually appealing and simple to use
  • It can be hard to find previous tasks once they're marked complete
Wrike is well-suited for teams with recurring, ongoing tasks as well as one-off tasks. Managers can create a task and assign it to one or multiple users, and there's great room for detail there.

We have run into some bugs with attachments in the tasks themselves. You need to download attachments from the task, not just preview them within Wrike, because they will not preview correctly.
  • Simple, clean visuals
  • Ability to update status of tasks at any time
  • Recurring tasks

  • Workflow management
  • Updating task statuses
  • Posing internal questions relevant to each task
  • Creating templates of workflows (involving multiple teams) that can be re-used every year, for every client
  • Conversationally, broaching new topics and ideas to contain the conversation
It's the simplest, easiest task management tool I've used during my 10+ years at marketing agencies
Not Sure
  • Price
  • Product Features
  • Product Usability
Usability is key! Employees aren't banging their heads against the wall trying to figure this out. It's simple and intuitive, unlike a lot of others.
I would ask other platforms to match Wrike's usability and pricing, just to see if they could.
  • No Training
It was easy to use quickly. My teammates were able to show me everything I needed to know.
I think it's just right. We can customize what we need, while still leaning on templates.

We customized to meet our agency's needs. I am unsure of the difficulty in this process, but heard no complaints.

Very simple, intuitive, and visually appealing. Other task management platforms have been confusing and complex for no reason.

Zero issues with scalability. I would use Wrike if I had 10 employees, or if I had 1,000.
I can only remember one brief Wrike "outage" in nearly 2 years.
Great performance, extremely quick and easy.
I have not heard of any issues.
