- There are a few things that are a bit odd at first when learning the system. For example, when typing in the note field in a table view, you can't enter or ctrl-enter for the next line. However, if you go into the details, you can ctrl-enter.
- The Completed Date is automatic and doesn't allow you to manually change it. We created an Actually Completed custom field to assist with this issue.
- The automation bots come in at midnight and I haven't found a way to adjust this without adjusting my entire time zone. This is not a big issue but just a small improvement that's needed.
- Project management: One of the more robust project management software options out there with all the bells and whistles and company can need and therefore is very easily tailored to your department or company needs.
- Company-wide transparency: Wrike helped us lower stress and project anxiety through transparent notes, drafts and dates.
- Microsite management: We created a landing page for Sales use and by linking to Wrike, the most current version of each collateral piece was available as needed.
- User intuitiveness: While robust is a definite plus, it does take a fair amount of 'trial and error' hours to determine what all Wrike has to offer and how best to utilize it. More situational-based tutorials / videos would be a good next move.
- Best practices: While we eventually developed our own company's best practices, it took several moths to be familiar enough with the options to get there. I'd love to see Wrike deploy some 'best practice' standards (examples from other similar company use cases) for how to interact with and get the most out of the software.

- Every member of the team has full visibility into every project in the space, allowing us to be a highly efficient, nimble team.
- Tagging options make projects easy to find within the workspace, and we've found this helpful when assigning projects to our AGILE sprints.
- Gantt charts quickly identify workload overload, and it helps our team to balance workloads effectively.
- Dashboards are fully customizable for both reports and team management, which we use during our sprint planning sessions.
- Blueprints make duplicating repeated project roadmaps lightening fast, saving time in building road maps for our project managers.
- Building dashboards can be a little tricky, but Wrike's customer service is quick to respond and quite helpful.
- The onboarding videos have been so helpful to our team—I would like a deeper dive into using Dashboards and Reports added to these resources for our team to reference.
- Teams must come to a consensus about which notification settings are a must for ease of communication. We found that if someone only has daily reports turned on and at-mentions silenced, notifications are not as effective.
- There is not currently a way to add images or embedded links in forms. This would be helpful for us as we develop forms for design requests so that recipients can select from different options with a visual.
- When developing forms, there is only an option to include one tag with the ticket/task/project that results. We use multiple tags to keep projects visible in different team folders, so having that option would be quite helpful in saving us the time of tagging requests manually.

- In my personal review, we think that this product is quite complete and the only thing we have the possibility to mention is that its interface needs to be improved, due to the fact that it is quite unintuitive.
- I like that the functions are visible and very easy to use, since from the beginning we noticed that the learning curve was short, we all adapted to our work plan with Wrike.
- By completing tasks and projects on time, we are now more responsible with the features that Wrike offers us.
- Easy report creation, the details are very good and the speed to create them drives effectiveness and internal fluidity.
- Visualization of the progress of tasks and projects is an important feature, it allows us to make adjustments to projects with problems and finish them without problems.
- It is a system that has allowed us to be more efficient and fluid internally, but the price is a determining factor, since it increases every year, and compared to other similar software it is at a disadvantage, but it may not be at a disadvantage in functions and results, but in price yes it is.

- I enjoy the work I do with Wrike it's easy to use just change the color theme and enable dark mode to suit your needs. It's available online, on macOS and Windows desktop computers, and on Android and Apple mobile devices.
