We've had so many questions during the establishment of Wrike for our team, and the Wrike support team has exceeded our expectations. Our team is naturally curious, and the Wrike support team has always been willing to hold conversations about how we can make an idea work, to show us hidden features that delight us, and to help us plan ways to build out projects efficiently. They meet our questions with multiple solutions and best practices.

A good project management platform for company and team who want to collaborate

Support is very quickly and they want to solve problems actively. When I need additional info I can use community forum, when I've an issue I can use support form to get help. The support is of excellent quality from the first level, to grow when you talk to the engineers it becomes even more important

Get it Wrike!

Wrike support is always responsive (typically within an hour) of me submitting a request! This quick and fast response time is critical as we usually have to reach out for them to help us with a user name/email change due to our SSO setup. Them being so speedy and helpful ensures our team members don't go too long without being able to access Wrike.

They are also very thorough when it comes to more difficult or nuanced problems, working with me to ensure all my questions are answered and needs are met. I am also asked each time they close out a ticket how they did and what they could do better which tells me they are focused on improvement as well.

Support is overall quite well, some issues take quite long to respond. It is very difficult since many of the support agents are located in the US, so for european users it always takes a day or late evenings to get further. However we almost always managed to find the solution required.
