(1-25 of 41)Never miss a step with Microsoft To Do
- Simple task management. Through lists and groups, you can assign tasks, organize them into groups, and add deadlines (or not) to each of them. You can also add micro-steps within each task if you want to break it down even further.
- Daily View - I know what's next, as well as what's coming up. I can turn on my laptop in the morning, open up Microsoft To-Do, and clearly see what needs to be done that day, what I may have missed from previous days, and what is coming up tomorrow.
- The ability to add detail to a task. You can add micro-steps, like mentioned above, but also reminders that ding in-app, a deadline, a repeating deadline (which I love for weekly or monthly tasks), a category, files, and notes.
- When adding a task with a repeating deadline, if the first deadline is set to a future date, the deadline will revert to "Today." This essentially has me set the deadline twice. If I remember this glitch, I'll set the repeating schedule first, then the deadline.

Assigned tasks from planner? Already on your to-do list.
Work mentions in emails and highlighted by Microsoft Viva? Added to the day of your reminder.
Thing is that Wunderlist was already very good and Microsoft has managed to keep it that way and integrated it into their app. Given that I work in a cross-functional capacity in my organization makes Microsoft To Do super useful.
- Suggestions.
- Assignments.
- Reminders.
- Overdue assignments/tasks can be managed better. Would love it if To Do reminded me of the things I'm behind without having to open Outlook.
- Giving priority to certain tasks.
- The scheduler did work well.
- Mobile app.
- The software felt limited.
- No budget features.
- Support was not great.
Really simple to use!
- Document Mangagement
- Team Collaboration
- Project Management
- It may be too simple for some people. However, that is why I love it.
- No reporting
- No Gantt Charts
Easy to Use, Effortless Organization
- It creates a wonderful structure for different unrelated tasks to be visible and accessible. This means it's easy to designate information into different areas and flows intuitively when you either have to input more tasks or find a past one.
- The ability to allocate tasks to other members of a team means that there can be updates in real-time on different lists which is a real godsend when trying to figure out where a project is at.
- The integration of different lists with due dates around similar times into one place [the Today List] is super helpful in giving you an overview of what needs to be done. This also ensures that a to-do doesn't get lost somewhere.
- An easier way to input time and dates when entering in information on the fly would be an appreciated additive.
- A more streamlined desk pop up of today tasks that comes up with the little 'add task pop up'. This would help focus in on daily tasks quicker than going into the application each time.
- The ability to customize your own background, font size and color would be a lovely add-on
A life saver!
- Team Collaboration
- Task Management
- For some people (and big businesses) Wunderlist may be too simple. However, for our business, it does everything we need.
Wunderlist is the best app for organization!
- To-do list organization (additional tools like shopping list).
- Sharing your lists with others and keeping joint lists.
- Reminders and notifications can be annoying when you're logged into Wunderlist on multiple devices.
- Device updating and syncing is buggy.
Pretty Good For Your Personal To Dos
- Setting Up Tasks
- Simple Mobile Interface
- Many project management and CRM tools now also handle to-dos.
- It's been acquired by Microsoft. The shutter is near.
Possibly the last task manager you will ever need
- Managing projects and tasks.
- Setting reminders for important dates or deadlines.
- Limited options regarding appearance (themes, backgrounds).
- No "preview" view option for tasks in lists.
A Solid To Do List and Task Manager
- To do list
- Task tracking/management
- Siri integration would be helpful
- Adding Wunderlist to Car Play with Siri would be fantastic
Wunderlist Review
- Task reminders.
- Email reminders.
- Desktop notifications.
- Closing the product is cumbersome.
Wunderlist: a great tool for organization and task management!
- Organization
- Outlook mail integration
- Ability to print or export lists to Excel, etc.
- Would like to see the platform expanded into an even great project management application.
Wunderlist so I won't forget
- Reminders about ongoing tasks.
- Quickly making task groups and inviting other users.
- I would like a desktop app.
- I would like for it be integrated with more platforms.
Wundlist is a great app, but definitely could grow!
- Simple layout.
- Easy to share and add others.
- Wish it had a backup so to-do lists weren't deleted.
- Wish it would notify all parties if a list is deleted with a restoring option.
It's probably less appropriate for multiple parties who have the option of deleting the list within one click. As mentioned before several important things could be lost.
Wunderlist is perfect for quick and easy reminders
- Inputting entries - It is very straightforward to enter data.
- Categories - Very easy to add categories.
- Easy to maneuver data inside the app.
- Notifications could be improved - Sometimes they are missed.
- The homepage should be able to be custom.
- Some more options for integration.
Wunderlist is Simply Wonderful
- Reminding you of what is due, when.
- Syncs across devices and platforms.
- It's free.
- The interface could use a refresh, it's a bit dated looking.
- I worry that Microsoft buying the company will eventually result in it being shut down.
- Integration of the iOS calendar.
Great for shopping lists, less ideal for businesses
- It's very easy and intuitive to use.
- The user interface is streamlined and the perfect size for reading and using.
- You can have multiple lists so that you can have a separate to-do list for each project.
- The sync functionality is not very reliable.
- The web interface is not any different than the mobile app's UI.
- It's not easy to see which tasks have extra information/notes attached.
Wunderlist gets to-dos done
- Syncs well.
- Multi-platform.
- Can include web links.
- The big thing is that Microsoft is supposed to be sun setting Wunderlist, or at least was supposed to years ago. I’m hesitant to recommend it if that’s still on the radar.
- Notification overload. I don’t need an email every time an item is added to Wunderlist. Send me a daily digest or weekly for done projects.
Wunderlist is my necessary sidekick
- Wunderlist is great for organizing tasks. The ability to create lists of lists, assign due dates, reminders, repeating tasks, etc makes Wunderlist very valuable.
- Wunderlist is full featured, but very intuitive. For being so very capable, it's not complicated.
- Having my Wunderlist content available via the desktop app, mobile app, or the web is a life-saver.
- I am not sure what the future holds for Wunderlist. Microsoft purchased Wunderlist a few years ago and, while it's still around, there have been plans to shut it down or replace it with a new Microsoft branded solution.
- A competitor "Things 3" has a nice category called "Anytime" which moves things out of the inbox, but doesn't give them a due date. This is a nice area I wish Wunderlist had. There are a number of tasks I would like to get to when I have spare time, and this is a great way to handle that.
- Task sent to the calendar.
- Sends reminders daily and per task quickly and easily.
- Easy and intuitive interface that allows you to quickly add your task without having to worry about figuring out how to navigate the tool.
- Having an intuitive "smart" feature so if we put a task that says Wednesday at 9 a.m. it automatically adds that day/time.
- It would be nice also if there were the option to add more details when you are first creating the list item instead of having to create it and then update the details for any associated files or notes.
When lists are your jam, Wunderlist is your best Friend
- Create lists and place them in categories. If you need more than one list for an organization or department that can help a lot with simplicity.
- Synchronization of lists with others. You are able to add people to any list and they can see exactly what is there. Seamless.
- Easy interface, user friendly. It doesn't take a bunch of tutorial videos to learn to use.
- Would love if you could connect Wunderlist to Google Tasks, that integration would be lovely.
- Would also love a progress bar for something you might be working on so it could be also used as a task identifier and tracker.
- Would love if there was a public link to share a particular list so you could post on social media, email, or text; this way, people could choose a list item or help fill the list items for you one time but you don't have to share the list with people permanently.
- When you are packing.
- When sharing purchasing needs with multiple people in organization. It helps the person shopping know what everyone needs.
- When creating tasks for a group of people but not assigned specifically - it's really who is able to complete it first.
Review: Wunderlist
- Wunderlist works great as a daily to-do scheduler. I have made categories for tasks based on days of the week. Things that aren't accomplished on Monday's list can be shifted into Tuesday's list. This means you can stay on top of the entirety of tasks to be accomplished.
- Wunderlist syncs with the mobile app so you can create and complete tasks on the go. This is helpful to stay organized.
- Wunderlist has a good depth of task customizability. You can tag tasks that are similar, as well as add due dates to them. Notes can also be taken, and you can add files to tasks.
- Wunderlist is simple to learn and requires zero training. For smaller projects it's an ideal workflow.
- Wunderlist works best as a single-user tool. You can add other users to lists, but it's not a great multi-user project managing software. It doesn't organize itself in a way that, even from a UI standpoint, makes sense for project management on a larger scope.
- Wunderlist lacks a calendar feature to help plan ahead, furthering its use for smaller projects, or single-user interface.
Great tool to make sure you get everything done!
- Segmenting your to-do's in separate lists
- Having notes with each to-do
- It has notifications feature as well as due date
- I'd love to see integrations between Wunderlist and tools like Slack or Drive
- Tracking of to do items with deadlines and reminders
- Sync across all my devices and computers so no matter where I am I have my list.
- Ability to create different lists to separate to do items
- Interface can feel dated
- Customize background I want to clean it up
Wunderlist: A wonderful way to organize and manage projects
- Uploading and saving documents related to project management
- Sharing across accounts and platforms
- Integration with calendar and other applications
- Better interface for viewing subtasks
- Better communication between users
