- Xactly Analytics processing only once per hour is incredibly inefficient. This causes major delays.
- Formula driven and lookup table driven compensation calculation can be very difficult to create without the use of a consultant who knows the backend system inside and out. SQL appears to be a way more functionable solution.

- It's really easy for all sales employees to check their Incentives Statement, even manager can check all the information about their team.
- It's great for generating compensation plans and managers can easily approve them in the system.
- It's really easy to make any quota or other personal information updates when needed.
- Visually it doesn't look so good, looks a bit outdated, so I really hope that the coming update makes it better.
- About the compensation plans, it would be good to have an option to download all the available plans, right now you can just download them one by one.
