We had been using XOR for prescreening the candidates. The ChatBot was asking and answering questions and then offering the position that is the most relevant to the candidate. Overall, the quality of the system, simplicity and price are unbeatable in the market. The reporting is very good giving you the ability to analyse your recruiting pipelines, productivity, etc..right out the box)

[XOR] is doing [the] job very well on prescreening the candidates (we are using mainly for that). Working in analytics, we are always in need of professionals, in different areas of interest, and XOR is selecting them very well. We are very satisfied with this platform and highly recommend it.

The XOR recruiting software is very easy to use, with a nice interface and is highly customized. It is automating all our inbound processes and booking interviews only with quality candidates. XOR did go a step above and helped us to integrate it with our system.

We have been using XOR for a while. The highest advantage to its competitors is the high encryption level end-to-end, as our company is dealing with very sensitive information. When we integrated the platform, it was possible to fuse it with our previous applicant tracking system in order to avoid any gaps in communication with the candidates. After that, XOR automates our recruiting process:
  • Screening of the candidates is done automatically with well-selected questions.
  • Schedule interviews and merge them in our calendar.
  • Schedule even SMS reminders about upcoming interviews - is a useful feature and others.
  • High level of encryption.
  • The software is working autonomously.
  • Perfect integration with the calendar.
  • We do have some issues sometimes, but customer support is at hand to help. No complaints.
XOR is well suited for automatizing the recruiting process. From the beginning of receiving the candidate's application to the moment when they are checking our calendar and scheduling the interview, it is working completely independently.

We are using XOR to hire a large amount of sales agents and customer support agents. We had a problem of receiving a huge amount of applicants. Our HRs were spending a big part of their working time on prescreening the applicants that would fit our company, and then scheduling them on the calendars of the heads of departments.

  • Multitude of languages of the chatbots.
  • 24/7 reply and support from the chatbot.
  • The quality and the simplicity of the system.
  • Had to change how we interacted with current job search software, but we'll get used to it. That's the point.
XOR team is continuously adding new features and integrations that add a lot of value. It's intuitive and easy to use for non Talent team members as well, which is really important as we want our hiring managers to be fully engaged in the process.
  • We used to convert about 1.8% of our candidates into employees, but with XOR automating our screening and scheduling, we have been able to increase that to closer to 10%.
We've done our research on the other organizations like Olivia, and Mya, and a few others, but those are the biggest ones that stick out. We decided that those are great for large institutions and organizations that have lots of positions all over high volume, but it's not very customizable. So we decided to go with XOR and our relations had been extremely beneficial. We've been able to customize each of the chatbot accounts to our specific needs.
We have been using XOR for just a bit of time and I absolutely love the support, it's fast and effective. Great, platform and their support staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with. They go out of their way to provide excellent customer service.
