  • Platform is easy to navigate
  • Updates are pushed in real-time
Cons
  • Making updates on the Google Business profiles through Yext seems challenging. I manage the Google Business updates directly on that platform and disable the push notifications for that service in Yext.

  • Publishing feature is sometimes wonky when editing businesses with suite #s.
  • Scan tool (use for sales purposes) often shows "directory not available" for major directories like Waze, Bing, and Facebook.

  • Updating directory listings in one fell swoop
  • Allows for a lot of data for each listing to be entered
  • Duplicate suppression is a very handy tool
Cons
  • Duplicate suppression does not always take hold and there is often little recourse
