  • Tax calculations and make adjustments automatically.
  • If a vendor bill is modified in NetSuite, the change would be automatically updated in Yooz.
Yooz receives and invoice, matches(2 way, 3 way) with NetSuite transactional data and creates a vendor bill in NetSuite to be paid by AP. The automation reduces the errors and saves time.

We have a large business with thousands of invoices each month - all being hand-keyed into our business system by one AP Specialist. It was overwhelming for her to maintain the steady flow of new invoices, statement reconciliation, credit cards and payments. We looked at another company that fell flat in their promises to deliver a solution and even considered hiring another employee to process invoices... but that would still leave us in the same place after just a bit more growth. I needed a solution that would actually deliver! My staff accountant and I went to a trade show tailored to our business system and we found Yooz. Since we were already let down by another company, we were skeptical. We asked for a current user reference and were introduced to the controller of a similar sized company who uses our same business system. We asked him why he chose Yooz. His answer was simple - they are the only company who's main focus is AP automation, it isn't something they added on as an afterthought. He said they solved his problems and they would solve mine as well - and he was right! We couldn't be happier!

  • I love how Yooz pulls all information from the original invoice
Yooz is simply amazing makes my job a lot easier and faster to get coding invoices done, I highly recommend as you get everything done and over with. Yooz pulls all kinds of information from the original invoice which saves you a lot of time instead of you going in there typing all info yourself column by column and one by one. It also gets vendors you work with paid a lot faster.

  • Allows me to do accountings job for them.
  • Actually find the PO and code it accordingly, the drop downs are ridiculous since half the time it can't even find the PO.
  • Not user friendly at all! Most stubborn program ever!
  • Updates for receiving in PO's take forever! It shouldn't take an hour or more for the program to find the PO after its received.
  • Improve on everything!

It is used in 54 dealerships as their AP Automation tool. It provides a standardized approval process by ensuring all invoices have dual approval. It provides clear visibility of invoices and vendors for our exec team. We were able to implement consistent and efficient processes within the stores which provides for easy cross training across our group.
  • OCR technology works well
  • Integrates with our ERP
  • Ability to report on specific vendors and organizations
  • Ability to have templated postings for certain invoices
  • Once in a while it "loses" our accounts and we need to reupdate them - inconsistent
Overall it is a great AP Automation tool. Works well in all our dealerships and for most payables. Specific to the automotive industry, it is not easy to post out Vehicle Purchase invoices from the different manufacturers but we use it for everything else. Also again specific to auto, there are manufacturer invoices that would have many lines and they do not post well in Yooz, recommendation is to scan in Yooz to visual ability, but then we still post in our ERP

Many varied invoices from multiple vendors, with complex routing and approval rules. Our A/P workflow was very manual and we needed an automation solution that reduces the manual labor in entering / coding / processing and securing approvals.

  • Front end user experience needs some attention. There are some fields in French.
  • Integration setup isn't intuitive but help is available and it's working out.
  • U/X flow needs a little attention. Sometimes users think they're stuck but it's that the screen didn't call attention to the problem more distinctly.
Yooz is well suited to high volume A/P inflow with a desire to reduce labor overhead of invoice processing.

We use Yooz for processing accounts payable invoices. Uploading them and having managers approve in Yooz and Yooz sends to Great Plains (our accounting software). Yooz helps to identify duplicate invoices, incorrect invoices, and invoices that are POs. We also upload the POs into Yooz and Yooz will match them to the invoices.

To keep track of and manage billing easily and effectively. It does a great job at reading and interpreting invoices as well as memorizing the historical use of account codes and vendors. It really does make the job of paying bills effortless. It is also a great tool to look up data from past invoices to compare costs and even do a yearly breakdown of expenses as well.

I believe it is well suited to handle all of the tasks and jobs I face on a day to day basis. To me it is much easier to handle account coding in yooz than it is creating POs in our ERP system.

I use Yooz to process purchase orders for the Parts Department. Yooz allows more timely processing of the purchase orders by keeping us from having to send any issues back and forth between the dealership and our corporate office. Resolutions can all be accomplished through the site which makes processing much easier and quicker.
  • Storage of historical documents. When I need to make a copy of an older Invoice, it's very easy to search and find it in Yooz.
  • By reviewing the documents again during the authorization step allows me to catch any mistakes I may have made when preparing the purchase order for processing.
Yooz is perfect for the application in which I use this product.

All of our businesses use Yooz for the Accounts Payable operations. It helps save time when coding invoices as it can quickly scan and recognize the vendor, dollar amounts, dates and more! It even remembers the account used. The best part might be the search function which quickly lets me find anything in the document, whether I search by vendor, accounts, organization units or need to find a specific word on the page, it can read it all!

Yooz is well suited for companies who want to save paper and time by transitioning to digital operations. It works well with long repetitive entries as you can easily repeat all entries below for dollar amount, account, description etc.
It is less appropriate for handwritten invoices as the system cannot pick up that information automatically from the scanned document, for examply, dollar amount, tax, document number etc.

Our company uses Yooz by filtering through the invoices we get from all our trades. These invoices get loaded in from the e-mail then organized into specific folders for approval. I am able to approve an invoice then send to the next person for approval. Make it very easy. The only complain I have is that it is not very easy to search for things.

I upload invoices for same (or they are directly imported) and confirm invoice accuracy and place GL codes as appropriate for invoiced materials and clear for payment.
  • lets you duplicate a previous purchase order (if you can find it)
  • allows you to print or download PO before confirming it
  • search and look-ups are very poor and not user friendly
  • status of invoice (payments) is not clear in History
  • too many misdirected invoices sent to me by mistake
  • no editing capability of PO after submitting (ie..price changes, add-on, quantity correction)
I'm sure its great for some applications, but training is needed and we only received limited online training - which covered only basic items.

My organization uses Yooz for all accounts payable invoices. We are working on putting more invoices into Yooz presently. Some business problems I find is that we deal with our main shop and our bodyshop, this causes problems with automating invoices as some invoices go to a different account depending on what store it is for! This is hopefully something Yooz can work on! I also find the keyboard shortcuts to be a bit poor and could use some updating! Overall, the idea is great and with anything - needs some tweaks!

Yooz is well suited when it comes to identifying things on the invoice, however, sometimes it says invoice number #xxxx and it continues to select a different number than the one pointed out. It also sometimes puts the invoice number as the date or amount.

We use Yooz to manage accounts payable documents and workflow. It makes searching for documents and importing invoices into our ERP system much easier than the previous, manual process we were using. We also use it to manage documents we will need to search for, but are not inputting as invoices or credit memos.

Yooz works well for simple workflows when using it for invoice management. Customizing multiple layers gets tricky and it hard to visualize when other workflows wills override the one you are currently trying to update. Also, the document scanning feature uses odd dates within the documents sometimes, it would be better if it asked you the confirm the date it used instead of auto populating as much as possible.

I use Yooz daily as I am the accounts payable clerk and it makes my job longer and more difficult that it was initially by inputting the invoices in manually in cdk through eiv. It doesn't not always catch duplicates, it does not import new vendors from cdk in a timely manner, there is a constant delay when going forward to the next invoice to process. The date will change back to the incorrect one even after it has been changed. Unnecessary invoices are sent for a gm approval causing them to be paid late. Reception date will be showing the current date when processing in Yooz but once imported into cdk it reverts back to an old month causing me to have manually fix each one. It does not save me time and actually causes me to utilize my time inefficiently. If the sole purpose is to keep a copy of the invoice in cdk, then a dsda scanner would easily be the Solution to that. It does not eliminate the use of paper. I still have hard copies that have to be scanned into the program daily. Matter of fact, most invoices are manually scanned in therefore eliminating paper is not possible.

  • features that were once available that made my job easier have since been removed such as exporting invoices over myself instead of instantly once processed.
  • the feature to modify once submitted was removed and now causes extra work to correct an error.
  • the feature to add or edit a vendor has been removed as well
It takes more time to process invoices than before and causes a lot of wasted time that could be spent on doing actual work as opposed to fighting the system with delays in processing, removed features and constant errors or disruptions to the system.

I approve invoices from multiple vendors but most come from Daimler and are converted through AIM. AIM doesn't capture our EHC fees from Daimler and it needs to be manually looked up to be added.

Yooz has become our invoice processing tool in our organization. We use Yooz to send PO corrections to our service and parts managers for corrections instead of having to email scans of invoices back and forth. We are also able to have business managers approve coding and invoices to be paid through Yooz as well .

  • Acts as a library of information for researching / reconciliation
  • Stop asking the "remember this" in Yooz question after every invoice submitting
  • Yooz can be very slow at times, creating a bottle neck in processing invoices
  • The search function can sometimes be unreliable
The number one thing Yooz has eliminated that is so helpful in our company, is eliminate having to keep all hard copies of invoices. Yooz is also a place to research for reconciling statements and provides easy communication between departments about invoices and POs.

It is also super helpful to be able to automatically upload PDFs from emails. I have never had that in the past. It is also nice that it can memorize vendors and autopopulates.

It is great for invoice processing. We don't use it for much else so i am not sure what else it is used for but it is great for basic invoice processing.

We use YOOZ for all of our accounts payable entries. We upload 1000's of invoices a month along with supporting documents. It allows us to upload email attachments automatically saving time and populates some of the information needed for each entry. Its also a great storage place for so many documents making us paperless.
  • Notifies of duplicate invoices

  • Bad gateways, not loading, very slow
  • User management issues - new users - not registered errors
  • Not capturing data automatically, or populating wrong data into fields
I think YOOZ is a great program to help simplify and make uploading of invoices more efficient. It feels more modern in that it doesn't look archaic which also makes it more appealing. Theres alot of functionality that enables you to customize features to your liking.

On the other hand, YOOZ doesnt always work at the most inopportune times, such as month end when we need the program to be working at its best when we are already overwhelmed and have tight deadlines.

Invoicing/AP process improvement. In my role, I review assigned invoices based on my department's activities.
  • Identify key information from invoices
  • Visible and clear work flow
  • Separates locations and entities
  • In app communication is pretty good but not instant
  • Better mobile features
  • Easier in app communication (outside of specific documents)
Outside of the AP process, I'm not sure what the use case is.
