Great community engagement solution for both employees and admins!
- Still early to determine ROI - we implemented the system 6 months ago but are still coming up with processes and the reports have not been perfect (largely due to historical data that was imported from the company they acquired - Good Done Great).
- I believe it will be a great tool for employee engagement once we are able to promote and communicate it to all of our employees. It is easy to use and offers one place for all of their community engagement needs.
- The implementation has not been easy - there was data in the system they acquired (Good Done Great) that was not easy to clean up and transfer.

CSRconnect offers a consistent user experience with room to grow
- Our employees love the platform, for the most part. It takes our associates some time to launch the CSRconnect platform, and we can't determine if that is a firewall issue with SSO causing the delay in CSRconnect loading or a connection issue on the vendor's side.
- We need to spend more time in the reporting and Tableau features, but our account manager Alexandra Harland has really helped us pull reporting when needed, She has also been very good about recording trainings and sharing those trainings with us after so we can easily reference them.
- Payroll has been a constant issue between the vendor's team and our team; after a few months of trying different things because we were experiencing exceptions with every report, we finally just in October pulled a report with no exceptions.

- Some of the reporting is more efficient, but some is lacking.
- We are currently at 28% adoption and shooting for 50% by year-end. It's difficult without a mobile app.

CSRconnect has helped us reach global employee volunteers
- We have been able to more accurately track global volunteerism.
- Having an online platform for employees to organize their team volunteer projects has been wonderful. They are either doing more of them (we are so busy) or they were always doing all these activities but we are just finally aware of them because there is a platform to use now.
- Reporting is not as flexible nor robust as we need it. Still doing many manual steps to get the data how we need it.
