We are in a business where it's extremely important to have high quality, engaged, clean, and up to date email lists. We have been using ZeroBounce for the past five and a half years for ourselves, as well as on behalf of our customers. We have watched their business suite of services grow and improve over the years and fully trust the results. We had first evaluated ZeroBounce's email cleaning service after a bad experience with a competitor of theirs. We quickly saw that the results were much better, the detailed reporting was just what we had been looking for, the files were processed much quicker, and most of all the price was right.

Cons

  • Improve on catch-all logic to show more details
  • When offering as many services as they do it's hard to excel at everything
  • Better pricing structure for smaller jobs (although the bulk pricing I receive is fair)

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ZeroBounce to clean opted in customer emails and opted in client emails. We do this every 6 months so that we are keeping our opted in email lists clean. This keeps our sending domain reputation high and allows us to weed out dead or bad emails pre-emptively. We also use this as a safety check as well when a new customer creates an account, to ensure that no accounts are being created with fake emails.

Phase 1 we validated our 80% data for email deliverability status.

Before the we send email with help of manual email validation. Now every email gets the status so we remove non-delivered contacts from the list.

So No before any email deliver, we always validate our list on Zerobounce then we compile our target list.

Best tool for work email validation

Email deliverability for work emails. It is the best software to validate if work emails are valid or not. Other providers usually give a lot of emails that are valid, but in the end, they are not and it hurts our inboxes. It helps us keep away of the spam box!

One of my main job functions for the last 5 years is generating databases for outbound prospecting, and ZeroBounce among other tools is a fundamental tool for this task. It helps me clean the quality of the emails in my databases, as well as rank the ones that are catch all
