Zerto is very easy to implement and support. Uses are broad, only issues are once something doesn't sync it is difficult to get assistance until your reach tier 2 or tier 3 support. Basic file and folder recovery is great. Live and test fail overs are also easy to implement without issue.

Usability was the primary reason we purchased the software in the first place. We had compared it to several other software products in the same area, and it was by far the easiest to set up and use. Long-term maintenance proved to be similar, with updates driven by updates to VMware and vSphere, rather than the product itself.

From an IT Ops perspective, whenever you spend a little time designing the connectivity between two sites along with your network team, it's pretty straightforward to deploy and configure Zerto. It requires very basic knowledge of how the product works, so any junior could easily do it.

Very easy to use and figure out. I only gave 9/10 because they push the LTR/Backups so hard. What they really do the best is real-time DR.

It's pretty great for a VCenter Plugin and works well within that context. A standalone management interface/service might be a little more usable/friendly, and/or more easily interfaceable with other systems/environments.
