We use Ziflow to get accurate feedback from our clients. Previously it was all via email, and I often received a Word Document with the feedback and screenshots. However, Ziflow allows us to get it faster, easier and collaborate with the client on the feedback. The easy-to-use online portal makes it both fast and easy for our clients to use. It resolves the problem of going back and forth with a client about things they mentioned and not knowing what they were referring to. It makes it easy to get feedback from multiple stakeholders, and everyone is notified about that. It also makes easy revisions to keep it clear and avoid multiple email threads or things being lost due to email issues.

  • Mobile devices seem hard to use due to the required plugins and the portal. This could be improved.
When you require collaboration with multiple parties and stakeholders with both the client and internal team, it makes it easier to have it all in one spot, with everyone able to see what has been pointed out already. It takes a lot of the discussions and feedback out of email, which can easily be lost in translation or emails missed as multiple people reply in such a short time frame or so quickly together. Having specific actions and being able to see exactly what people are referring to. Having an easy to refer to portal for when clients approve items and the ability to have multiple people approve before it's finally completed just has the next level of checking.

It has overall improved the team's efficiency in getting feedback and reducing the amount of time spent on email. For example, clients would always have trouble reviewing emails because of emails being forwarded, and it comes through all in weird formats, so the client would start asking questions, but with Ziflow, it is a lot easier to demonstrate what it would look like. It just makes it simple, and our process internally has become more efficient. The team has taken it up quickly and loves the benefits. Our clients also love the system and how easy it is to provide feedback on changes.
We can do things quicker and easier because we know what clients are referring to with their feedback. Previously trying to decipher emails was pretty hard and annoying with things easily being missed and having multiple feedback from the stakeholders, but now we can quickly and easier process what they are referring to. It saves time, and we can get it done in one or two revisions without multiple emails back and forth.
I only looked at Ziflow first up as it couldn't compete with others, plus I didn't hear back from many other providers.
The benefits of this system have proved a saving time and effort. Plus, how much our clients love the system, I think they would be annoyed if we were to remove it.

We use Ziflow in the Marketing department, but its reach is across the entire company. We use it to have deliverables such as print collateral, videos, etc., proofed by their appropriate stakeholders before final production.

Ziflow is perfect for the small to mid-size agency or in-house design and marketing department to simplify and streamline the process of proofing marketing collateral. If you strive for accuracy in your marketing materials, Ziflow may be the software for you!
  • We have recently expanded the marketing department, and the new hires adapted quickly to using Ziflow.
  • The time saving of not having to track down approvers the old way is significant. The reminder function pays for itself.
  • The cost of the yearly subscription is minimal compared to the benefits.
We no longer have to print out [a] hardcopy or email PDFs or JPGs for approval. Also, we have approvers all over the US, and this saves time and, obviously, money by being able to connect with them via Ziflow and capture comments and changes. Also, the ease of navigating the Ziflow software for approvers who may only use it occasionally is a big help. We don't have to spend our time on the phone explaining how to use Ziflow.
We can target the individuals responsible for approval. Additionally, the ability to comment and approve videos and websites is a major plus. We can capture comments from Senior VP's and executives and have changes back that day. Previously, we had to wait for hardcopy changes to come back to us via email or PDF scans of handwritten notes that were sometimes difficult to read.
We had a subscription to PageProof a few years ago and its feature set at the time wasn't comparable to Ziflow. We moved on from PageProof after just a short time to Ziflow and have never looked back
We have never stopped using it. My team has tried a few different club proofing platforms and Ziflow has always come out on top.

PageProof was clunky and not as intuitive as Ziflow. PageProof at the time did not allow uploads of anything except pdfs which limited the useability and effectiveness of the product. Video proofing was not as intuitive as Ziflow either.

Product Usability was paramount in our decision to go with Ziflow. It ticked off all the right boxes for us from a collaboration stand, an ease of use factor and most importantly, an all-in-one approach to it's design. I like to think of it as the Swiss Army knife of proofing software. There is a tool for almost any situation.
I wish I would have found Ziflow first. It would have saves a ton of headaches.

The ZIflow support team has always been very responsive to my questions, issues and other problems. The good thing is I have never had to use their support team all that much because Ziflow has been for the most part trouble free. If it had been error prone, we would have dropped it long ago.

In the industry that I work in keeping track of changes / corrections to documents is essential in case of future audit. Ziflow has been a key tool in helping with that.

Our company used to keep track of changes to documents by printing out the documents and storing them in binders...with Ziflow its all digital. No more binders!!
The most important thing is not to have documents used in production without the approval of all then need to review...with this tool, docs are held until all have approved.

I use it everyday as the companies main graphic designer, the rest is used by the marketing team to review documents.
Rarely have I needed to contact support...anytime that I did my issue was resolved right away.

Having used Ziflow for a couple years its become second nature. Training new users is also a breeze.

We use Ziflow to review website pages, catalogs and other collateral materials around different countries and languages in EMEA. The program is an easy and practical way to collect feedback from different stakeholders and teams, while providing enough information for our designer perform the required changes. All in all, a great and useful tool.

All scenarios were collaboration is needed mainly regarding art direction and design would make Ziflow a suitable tool. Also when proofreading and review are required for instance in the translations of collateral material and different documents. I believe that the only scenarios were it would be not so suitable would be where the stakeholders are digitally illiterate. But the program is so easy to use that anyone with basic knowledge on the digital world can work with it.

In the beginning, stakeholders were a bit reluctant about using it. But as they watched the tutorial recorded by our designer and started working with the tool, they quickly adapted and recognized how practical, easy, and efficient the process became with it. Now it is part of all reviews we are starting.
Ziflow collaboration features impacted really positively on our organization’s content review and approval processes. It became more effective, faster, and easier to be done. Besides that, the required changes are now recorded, increasing the history of the documents, and making them even more transparent and efficient. All stakeholders are really happy about it.

The single most important factor in our company decision making was the features provided by Ziflow as we work together with nine different teams and nine different languages on translations proof reading. Price also played a role but features was basically what we focused on and the reason why we decided for it.

The tool is easy to use for digital oriented people. For the ones not used to this kind of environment, it could look a bit complicated at the beginning, but following the instructions and tutorials and performing it once makes you get a grip of it in just one use.

Ziflow is used primarily for proofreading in our organization. I have recently recommended Ziflow to our Marketing and Digital department for use in checking websites and videos. We are a large company with over 400 employees, located in 21 territories in the Caribbean. One of our main tasks is the production of 22 Publications each year in varying sizes. When the Covid Pandemic started, the need to adapt to the changing circumstances and saw the need for a more flexible, safe, and more innovative way of doing our quality assurance checks across various departments and territories. We assessed multiple competitors, and Ziflow was the most outstanding available that met all our needs. Ziflow solved the problem of not putting our team in a physical space and risking health. Ziflow enabled the team to be more efficient. Ziflow saved our company a ton of money! Hands down, Ziflow was the best! Money Well Spent! Without Ziflow our organization simply would not be able to complete proofing as quickly as we do now.

Before Ziflow our process was very tedious and prone to errors. Using a combination of emails and printing out of paper and passing it around several times before approval is done. Ziflow made the process 100% simpler. With Ziflow, we are able to avoid version conflicts, it is web-based and allows multiple persons to work on one file at the same time. and see comments in real-time. Signing off is now a breeze!
Ziflow has simplified our approval process, we are now 100% digital, with no more paper or emails that either get overlooked or lost. Ziflow features that helped us the most: Markup or annotation - this is flexible and visible to all users making the process more transparent Comments - Comments are real-time. again making the process transparent and easy collaboration The notification feature allows the team to get updates and have the option to choose how often they do. Side by Side compare - With the version management feature we are able to track changes and auto compare User Grouping - We are a large company that is across different countries, having the ability to set up user groups helped us tremendously. This was a one-time setup that saves us time when sending a project for review to multiply contributors' permissions - the ability to set proof permissions allows control on who makes the final decision. Ziflow is cloud-based and secure and allows managers to check the status of each project.
After doing several demos and going through reviews we chose Ziflow as they had everything we were looking for. Ziflow was not limited to users or file types, and that was one of the main this for us as a large company with multiple functions. Ziflow had features that were very useful to us such as status tracking, unlimited workspace, side-by-side comparisons, version management, the interface was easier to interact with, the fact that sign-offs would be easier to be tracked and managed and the real-time collaboration was definitely needed. The customer service from the get-go was superb!
The response time from Ziflow is almost immediate...
We have an Enterprise version of Ziflow, however, we also received the same awesome support when we had the individual license. They have proved to be very customer-centric.

Yes. It wasn't really a bug. Nevertheless it was resolved within minutes.
I had an upload that kept failing, contacted the bot on screen and got a response within a minute. The CSR was professional we took the matter to email and within 30 mins it was resolved.
