Zimyo is one of the best HRMS systems out there. Dashboards are intuitive and user-friendly and give you detailed insights into the organizational structure. Data of the entire organization can be stored in the system and managed to keep attendance records as well as employee engagement and carry out various other HR functions. So far the system is working very well and very highly recommend it to my peers as well who are looking for a well managed HRMS software.
  • Recruitment with the ATS add on.
  • Employee Engagement.
  • Attendance Management.
  • Zimyo has room for integrations.
  • Layout is simple but can be better in terms of design, looks a bit like too simple.
  • LinkedIn Integration and offer letter management.
Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.
