Zoho has an intuitive interface with WYSIWYG interfacing so that there is little to no coding required. The other platforms we looked at are powerful and perform similar tasks as Zoho, however, the pricing of Zoho is a significant value. Additionally, there are more and more organizations choosing Zoho Analytics so the conversations are becoming more normal when discussing BI software and Zoho Analytics is a familiar topic.

Since Zoho Analytics already connects directly with other Zoho products we already use, it was the best choice since the beginning. By comparing with other vendors of course there are some features it doesn't have, but when comes to cost it was killer, and having fewer features was not a huge problem to our business.

Zoho costs less than power BI. Also, it's easy to use whereas power BI is a bit complex to use. Zoho has a lot of extra features than a Smartlook. Zoho is best for easy integration and data capturing.

one of the things i do like about zoho analytics is that we don't have to pay for integrations the same way we do on Google Data Studio. So, in terms of cost effectiveness, ive had much better luck with zoho. It can also do pivot tables with data and provide visualization that is better than excel.

Power BI, Tableau are leaders in data visualization tool industry. They provide extensive features and they are priced accordingly. Excel is still my go to tool for analysis on my local machine but it likes functionalities like Zoho app sync, customizable dashboard and AI powered analytical reports. Our decision of selecting Zoho analytics is based on Existing Zoho business suit, data sync feature, and pricing.

Because Zoho Analytics is an interface that sits on top of the data, it is limited to what it can perform. It is however a good product for the right use case. In our case, data is CRM - facebook ads data, google ads data, and a few other sources. This is the same issue that Google Data Studio suffers from. However, if you are using Zoho CRM - that data is better accessed with Zoho Analytics. Airtable is a much more complex but capable system and reviewing data. as it is the database + the analytics

We did not select any other products to compare. We chose Zoho Analytics for a few reasons:
  1. Ability to integrate with our Enterprise ticketing system (ServiceDesk Plus).
  2. Cost to operate was relatively low compared to similar products.
  3. Ability to integrate with [other] Zoho products (i.e. Projects) was a bonus.

Google Data Studio shares the same product concept as Zoho Analytics. However, Zoho Analytics proves to have a much easier, simpler interface to navigate. Zoho Analytics provides us with more tools and is also a more credible product. Zoho Analytics has been able to meet all of my organization's needs and does not seem to be lacking in any area.

I am satisfied with this tool and don't want to waste my time to find another tool. I am lucky that I found this tool on my first attempt. I have seen a lot of videos before going with the Zoho Analytics and made my decision accordingly.

Zoho Analytics reports on other Zoho app data well, but it’s no match for bigger players like TapClicks, Google Data Studio or Tableau for visualizing external data. Zoho Analytics is very complex to set up, and certainly not for beginners. Beginners would be better off using TapClicks or Google Data Studio, while advanced users would be better off using a more powerful platform like Tableau. Zoho Analytics falls somewhere in the middle, but doesn’t offer enough benefit to justify using it over similar products.

It was not so much that we 'selected Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports)' as it was 'Salesforce is garbage out of the box. How can we make the proclaimed 'best CRM on the market' actually work", which lead us to Zoho Analytics (formerly Zoho Reports) through a complicated series of attrition exercises? As far as other options that function the same way, we are unaware of other options that we may have used in the past to compare.

Our organization utilizes Zoho Analytics because it is customizable and is quickly adaptable. Our case management system has Zoho Analytics built right into the system so we can generate reports quickly and accurately. We are also learning how to bring in some of our other reporting systems into Zoho so we can generate consistent reports utilizing different databases. The end viewer doesn't even know we are pulling reports from different systems.
