Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Control and sharing capabilities are there, but they are not the best, especially when trying to edit reports from multiple users. Whilst editing and sharing, databases are not so great. If you do not require editing but only control or permission for data visualization, and sharing already built reports, those aspects are great.

Report distribution is my favorite, especially by email. I would like it not to be restricted to a number of reports to be sent according to your license type. It would be better to be open to any amount of reports to be sent. Sharing dashboards between coworkers is very easy.

Collaboration could be easier. Google Suite is the best for real-time collaborating and I'd love to see other software mimic their platform. You can't edit emails at once, dashboards can't be easily edited by multiple users... You get the gist.

We can track everything we need to run our business with Zoho reports. It's easily updated and shared with our entire staff in multiple locations. It's really good to be modified by anyone who is on the team and gets access from any device.

Zoho Reports sharing works really well with Zoho Projects, by allowing granular user permissions with the zoho reports app we can have project managers and sales managers report their project progress. Sharing data and distributing reports was quite a simple process once we got up to speed within the Zoho Ecosystem.

The only issue we have encountered is the ability to adjust or create notifications. Many of our employees work in the field and are not at a desk where they can be constantly checking their email. If we were able to have better notifications when things are distributed that would be a definite plus. Other than this, the sharing capabilities of Reports are great. It is really easy to export reports and make things available to whatever members of the team that need it. In this, it also encourages us to be more connected by sharing information across the company and allowing everyone to be in the loop on what is going on.

Data sharing is excellent. I really like the ability to share with or without a password. Sometimes it is confusing whether I'm sharing with Zoho or the white label and the white label displays a blank page when I log in so I have to have the link to the data. Other than that this is a fantastic piece of software.

Data sharing did not become a big part of our use case, largely because of the difficulties with custom reporting. Had that gone more smoothly then perhaps data sharing and the pulling in of additional data sources may have become a part of what we were doing with Zoho. Unfortunately, this did not turn out to be our case.

This is the main reason we signed up for Zoho. In our case, we use Zoho Projects, and the ability to have many people working in the system at the same time is seamless. Comparing this to some in-house Microsoft products, it was a no-brainer.

Public links and embed functionality works fine and easy to use in our context (e.g. Google Sites). Haven't tried direct website integration yet but is on the todo list. Sharing with users is not always straight forward especially when you invite them to join ZOHO in the first place. Sometimes it is a bit tedious to set all the settings for sharing since ZOHO does not remember previous sharing settings, but that's minor
