As a Zoho One customer we use many Zoho apps, and use the native reports within each app. However, to gain deeper insights across our Zoho apps, we've integrated many of them within a workspace in Zoho Analytics to blend our Zoho data to analyze all aspects of our business.
  • Integration of data from our other Zoho apps.
  • Report types and KPI options to create insightful reports.
  • Packed with features for all business intelligence reporting.
  • The number of pre-built reports that are generated when a Zoho app integration is set-up is nice, but at the same same cumbersome in the fact that it forces you to scroll through many reports or use the search feature.
  • The sync with other Zoho apps is not real time.
  • The learning curve for me has been a bit steep, but for others this may not be the case. My background is not analytical or data related so I've had to learn with patience.
Zoho Analytics is well suited to blend data together from different Zoho apps. For example; we manage part of our business in Zoho CRM and another part within a Zoho Creator app, with both parts referencing the same customer. In Zoho Analytics we are able to combine data from each Zoho app to gain deeper insights about a customer.

  • Allows us to better communicate some of our financial positions with our accounting team.
  • Positions us to understand our customers better and also our most profitable lines of business.
  • Provides shareable reporting features to our customers to enhance quarterly reviews with our customers.
The Zoho platform has provided us with a great set of cloud based tools to manage our business, and Zoho Analytics is a crucial tool to bring all our Zoho data together! As I continue to use Zoho Analytics I am confident I will learn it more which will position me to provide deeper insights for our executive team.
Because it does exactly what your description says. A beginner can create simple and basic reports and dashboards to satisfy their requirements. A user within a larger organizations or enterprise, or a user with a lot of data coming from a lot of sources, can also easily integrate all of it with Zoho Analytics to create more custom reports and dashboards and share them with their teams.
Being a Zoho One customer we've not ever evaluated any other BI tool. I've looked at tools from Google, Microsoft, and Saleforce but not deep enough to consider has alternatives to Zoho Analytics.

We are an energy consulting business, and a small family business. Each of our members (users) have multiple roles within our company, and access different reports across all our Zoho Apps. In regards to Zoho Analytics, we generate deeper reports for certain business lines and an overall health dashboard that our management teams uses.

I am the Zoho system Administrator for our company and set up all our reports in Zoho Analytics. We rely on the help of the Zoho Community, the Zoho Suppport Team, and sometimes an outside 3rd party Zoho Certified Developer to assist in configuring our reports and resolving support issues or concerns.
  • Dashboards
  • Blending data across different Zoho apps
  • Scheduling reports on a set time (monthly)
  • Blending data across different Zoho apps, which for us represents different business lines
  • Creating more insightful reports than are available in native Zoho Apps, Zoho Creator for example
  • Integrate with 3rd party API data for enhanced reporting for our customers
  • Create monthly customer "snapshots" sent to our customers quarterly
I'd give this an 11 if I could! As our business moves forward we hope to use Zoho Analytics more then we do now. Creating better reports and dashboards for our management team to evaluate the health of our business and to provide more insightful reports for our customers. The possibilities are endless with this tool.

  • Product Features
Zoho Analytics was a tool we always looked in to. Once we became Zoho One users it was included in our package. One day one we integrated all the Zoho apps we use with Zoho Analytics and began our journey into business intelligence. It is an intuitive platform for anyone considering a BI solution, and a must have for any Zoho user.
My only comments here reflect the learning curve of Zoho Analytics. It is worth it to learn Zoho analytics as much as possible to understand all of it's capabilities. We started using Zoho Analytics as a "newbie" to BI solutions and started small. Once you fully understand these capabilities Zoho Analytics can be a very powerful tool for any company.
  • Implemented in-house
No
Change management was minimal
  • Understanding the importance of setting up each Zoho service in the same workspace
With managing many different tasks within our Zoho One account, Zoho Analytics I can say has not got the most attention. Creating business specific apps in Zoho Creator and managing our sales process with Zoho CRM those apps get more attention. So implementing Zoho Analytics was quite simple, as we've done this rather slowly. I'd love to say we implemented ZA full fledge from the get go and had the know how to use ZA from the start but I can't. Setting up each data source however was a straight forward and worry free task.
The support team has been fantastic! I've worked mainly with the same customer support rep and her knowledge of Zoho Analytics and willingness to assist me has been superb. The Zoho Analytics support team get an A+ rating from me!
No. I am not sure this is even an option. Likewise, considering we have the Zoho One package, which is equivalent to the enterprise version of Zoho Analytics this comes with a high level of support. Typically the reports we are building are not time sensitive therfore day off support would not be required of our company.
No
In connecting all of our different Zoho apps within one workspace inside Zoho Analytics. Again, considering we are a Zoho One customer, we use many different Zoho apps. Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books for example. By adding the data sources from each of this different apps within one workspace in Zoho Analytics, we can create reports across each app to give us deeper insights into our business. The Zoho Team made this very clear to me from the outset which put us on the path of optimizing Zoho Analytics.
  • Creating basic reports
  • Integrating data
  • Sharing reports
  • Creating reports with blended data
  • Creating the perfect Dashboard
  • Using SQL reports
Yes
It works fine. Like a lot of mobile apps it is limited compared to the desktop version however I must say that the Zoho Analytics mobile app performs better than some of the other Zoho mobile apps we use. We have users that work from home or the road, and accessing our business critical reports from the mobile app are easily satisfied with Zoho Analytics.

Our application allows users to enter public URLs to view web pages in our web based Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS). Since Zoho Reports can be set to be publicly view-able it is a good option for our end users who need to display reports. They can use the reports to add beneficial information throughout our system..
  • Shares data and allows collaboration. This is a great feature for virtual companies and companies with employees that travel.
  • It allows data import. You can pull in new information from many sources including other online spreadsheet applications.
  • Easy to find data. Sort, filter and conditional formatting make finding and marking data easy.
  • Not that great for computer novices. Some have trouble using the shared links in their browsers.
  • I have not found any version control for the report. I would like to see an audit trail of what was changed and by who.
  • While robust, the chart features can be hard to get the hang of at first.
  • It does not seem to be very well known. Many of the end users I have worked with have no idea what "zoho" is.
It definitely gets the job done. The sorting, filtering, and conditional formatting are easier to use, in my opinion, than with other products like Google Sheets.
