We have really enjoyed using Zoho Analytics at our organization. What we really love about it is how easy it is to connect data sources of any time, and quickly build reports. Data connections are just a few clicks, and report building is truly drag-and-drop.

Being able to share the reports with others in our organization easily, as well as enabling automatic emails of the reports, is fantastic. Overall just a really great tool for us to stay smart on our business.

In my organization, we have all our important data inside Zoho Analytics, and it is something that we keep growing every day. With all data in one place it is easier to generate reports and dashboards for all our business needs, and also analyze the performance of campaigns for our clients.

Problem - data reporting was not synced across the org with multiple teams using ~100 tools. Zoho Analytics is able to plug into data of different systems and provide a better and a singular view of those different data sets.

We use Zoho Reports to produce and visualize reports/data better than with what is built into Service Desk Plus. It offers a little more flexibility in the data that can be used and more options to display that information (charts and graphs).

Zoho Analytics plays a major role in our organization like our database connected to Zoho Analytics for better analysis, for dashboarding, making graphs, and especially for writing queries on the database to analyze our data and make our decision based on the data. It will be covering our business problems like retention analysis, Training, and webinar data analysis, lead flow analysis, customer engagement, revenue analysis month on month and many more problems we have solved through this platform.

The scope of my use case with Zoho Analytics is very broad. We are aggregating data from over ten applications to evaluate and monitor various activities with the company.

A primary, core function of Zoho Analytics within our organization is our Guide Dashboards. These dashboards provide specific details as well as summaries of information that our frontline staff use to organize their time and efforts to serve customers. For example, open and urgent tasks they are responsible for are listed out for them each day. The dashboards also show summaries of how often they've met the SLA requirements on customer service requests.

Providing this real time information to our frontline workers has been critical for them to remain focused on the things that matter most. It has also been a critical tool for providing transparency into how well they are performing compared to the standards we have set for them.

Zoho analytics is an analyst's software or application which uses Business intelligence to give correct and appropriate insights into real life problems. Zoho analytics gives the best insights into different unique trends and fads. It gives user data visualization according to which the employee can plan customer strategy and marketing plans.

Zoho Analytics help to visualize the complex data in the customized format according the our own use case, For example: in-order to help the page visits and keywords used to land to page, it helps identify and improve the tags for higher usage page and for less used pages, it helps to identify from the charts

I use Zoho Analytics for ticketing and monitoring analysis. I have it integrated into ServiceDesk Plus On-Premise and OpManager too.

In the first case, I get all what we need to know regarding due dates, priorities and SLA tracking to ensure compliance with our end customers because we have the certifications for ISO 9000 and ISO 20000. Zoho Analytics lets us accomplish all our KPIs, preventing SLA violations. The ServiceDesk Plus dashboards and reports sections are a little bit limited because SDP is not a Business Intelligence, then we have more value from the Zoho Analytics dashboards and reports, they're more dynamic to navigate into data.

In the second case, we can get all the monitoring alerts to resume in a single place but for take decisions, not for the alert attention. We can see if there are some economic impact due to the device unavailability or some network interruption, then we can decide if that justifies a device replacement or maybe hire more staff to avoid these situations.

We used Zoho Analytics as a great substitute for offline reports and data management in diaries. Through its digital interface we can track and monitor the data and add users to collaborate with team and customers. This also helped us to get a insight of our business working and loopholes where we can improve.

We were using Zoho Analytics along with connectors with HR, Project management, IT & helpdesk integration. We feed most of the day-to-day operations, project-related data, market, sales, and Payscale data for insights and visualizations. These insights help in better optimization and catering of resources at the organization and also gives the insights about the market condition.

Our organization uses Zoho Analytics to build reports around data that is being captured in our electronic case management system. We generate reports and or dashboards to help further analyze how our programs are doing as well as how our clients are progressing. This includes demographic reports, clients served, # of touchpoints per client, as well as very specifics tied to each client.

This tool enables us to generate interactive dashboards, reports, and charts by connecting to various data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, cloud storage, and online applications. The simplicity of Zoho Analytics' drag-and-drop interface, which doesn't require any coding knowledge, is one of the top features of why we opted for this tool. For quick and simple report generation, it includes a selection of pre-built templates that are very resourceful. With Zoho Analytics we have been able to simply produce reports, dashboards, and visualizations without the need for technical expertise or programming abilities because of this tool's intuitive and user-friendly interface.

This platform has enabled us to obtain deeper insights and make better decisions by using the advanced analytics features provided by Zoho Analytics, such as predictive analytics and trend analysis which have been extremely valuable. With the white-labeling options provided by Zoho Analytics, our company has been able to brand the platform to fit our needs and give users a seamless experience.

I am handling the complete data and analytics department of the mid-size organization. Used to create reports, dashboards, and combine query tables which help organizations take business decisions. I didn't like it at all, too many restrictions in query, pivot, graph, etc in my opinion. And I couldn't find anything on Google, I had to go to their customer support, and ironically I didn't find anything there as well.

We use Zoho Analytics to grapple with data sets generated by our other software tools: accounting, CRM, sales engagement, and marketing. Often times these tools don't have very good analytic capabilities built in, so we export their data to Zoho Analytics for a more refined analysis. We have multiple users that need to access this data and we also need to distribute the analysis sets to our various client. Some of our data tables have rows > 10,000 records and relations to other tables so Excel is not an option at that point.

All of the significant data in my company is stored in Zoho Analytics (earlier Zoho Reports), and it is something that is always on the increase. It is much simpler to create reports and interactive dashboards for all of our business needs and to evaluate the success of campaigns for our clients when all the data is consolidated in one location.

We initially used Zoho CRM and then after the successful adoption of CRM, we also used the Zoho Analytics BI platform for Business Intelligence and Insights on Deals. We primarily use it for Sales and Lead Generation Insights and our use case is of simple to medium complexity. We use analytics to create some simple dashboards from our CRM data or data from other lead generation and prospect hunting channel.

As a Zoho One customer we use many Zoho apps, and use the native reports within each app. However, to gain deeper insights across our Zoho apps, we've integrated many of them within a workspace in Zoho Analytics to blend our Zoho data to analyze all aspects of our business.

My organization has used Zoho Analytics to create custom analytics dashboards for digital marketing (importing data from Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and time tracking (integrating with Zoho Projects). Zoho Analytics is accessed across my whole organization, but only the operations department sets up/manages dashboards due to the complexity of the platform.

Different departments are using Zoho Reports for different tasks. It's been very helpful for us for testing purposes against our own APIs as well as for aggregating data from multiple sources. Our executives use it for heavy data analysis to help create models for both financial and forecasting purposes. Our technology department uses it more for testing.

We use this to consolidate data between our admissions process and our SIS(student information system). It helps us to see the life cycle of our applicants and students and to gather real-time data. This product is used between data analytics and engineering to help further our goals and retain applicants and students.

The platform is ideal for the dissemination of the journalistic content we offer and allows us to set a social media strategy and structure an efficient programming mechanism to reach audiences in different sectors. It is ideal for supporting a 360º consumption strategy, facilitates the tactic of becoming visible on the screen devices of followers, and capturing the attention of new audiences.

Zoho Analytics is really helpful in automating custom reports for my team and help me keep track of inventory, collection, billing and sales at my company on the regular basis. We have automated multiple custom reports and receive them over email everyday. Custom query builder is really intuitive and new reports can easily be created, scheduled and modified by using the conversational interface available. Mobile version of the app help me manage my reporting needs on the go. Overall, great experience. Must recommended for SME's who wants to run data driven operation within their company.

Zoho Analytics is our go-to tool for all things BI. Whether is doing a live connection with our DBs on AWS, connecting with other Zoho services that we use, or pulling data from Google Big Query, Zoho Analytics makes it very easy for my team and me to bring in the data, complete our analysis and then create great visual dashboards with data drill-down capabilities. We use Zoho Analytics to measure all our key operational and transactional metrics as per our KPIs. We also use it to share reports with developers and key management, as per their security level.
