We required a full-featured corporate working tool, and Hubspot wasn't the most excellent alternative. We were guaranteed that Zoho CRM may fill up the holes in our earlier framework. Furthermore, Zoho is fantastically cost-effective for indeed the most minor endeavors, giving everything they need. All things considered, Zoho CRM has upgraded our client intelligent and assisted our operations.

Zoho CRM is similar to Salesforce in that it integrates well with other platforms. Zoho CRM has a lot more features available and is newer than Salesforce, so it seems like it has better features than Salesforce did. We selected Zoho CRM for the robust options they had available to use throughout the platform which allows us to better serve our customers.

I loved Daylite and hated to leave it as it was great but it didn't have a cloud-based solution and that was paramount to me at the time. I tried about 7 different CRMs and found that most of them had some really great features but each one seemed to be lacking some integration that I needed. And it didn't make sense to have multiple apps in order to do what I needed. And Zoho CRM in conjunction with the full Zoho suite of products served all of my needs. Look, it's this simple, it is as if not more robust than all of the rest yet it is priced considerably less being that it is a privately held company. While I no longer use any of the others, Zoho continues to roll out updates and feature improvements multiples times a year keeping it on the path to a superior product well into the future.

Sugar was great when we first got started. Zoho CRM allowed us to take things to the next level and get the support that we needed along with that transition. Zoho CRM's customization was mush easier to setup and use without having to rely on developers to create custom code to achieve our needs. Overall Zoho CRM grew and introduced new and much needed improvements and features to help our teams be more efficient.

It is decent against what is offered in the market, it follows certain philosophy of CRM which may not be a perfect fit for everyone.
There are not so many guides and new updates push for differentiation.
Formatting and bugs appearances are often an issue.
However, it provides too much at existing value to complain.
