I think the UI is great and the ability to customize almost all aspects of the CRM is a big positive. I think there is still room for improvement however especially for a new user of a CRM or one migrating from a competitor. There is a still a learning curve in how modules are related and how a lead flows through the CRM process. The blueprints feature is a huge help, but needs to be set up first.

Like anything new there will be a learning curve but once you understand their UI it functions the same across all of the Zoho suite of products. I can't say enough how important it is to work with a certified Zoho Partner so that you can set up the system correctly from the start. There are a lot of customizations including specific levels of department and employee access that you would want to do for privacy and security reasons. You and your team can learn on the fly but a Zoho Partner will make sure it's set up correctly from day one.

UI is easier and convenient, I mean everything starts with me if it's convenient or not! Zoho CRM's interface is easier and it does not matter if you're a new user or an experienced one.

Zoho CRM has vertical and horizontal menus to navigate through, and expandable sidebars that gives us room to further navigate

The user interface is OK but it is not easy to customize meaning there is a lot of irrelevant information (menus, filters, modules) that takes up valuable space on a screen. Customization of Modules and Fields can be a little bit fiddly as this will regularly involve the requirement for scripting.

ZOHO CRM offers all the features required for sales force management. It is easily customisable, offers reports that are instinctive, recommends reports. At the same time, it offers detailed help on creating customised reports. The help desk is always at hand to help you get what you want. It has enough flexibility and offers connections with external/ other software so the customers can derive or share information outside of the ZOHO space.

Overall, zoho is fairly easy to use and understand. It is however in some situations not ideal, the address system in zoho crm is awful and one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Decisions like this make no sense to me and are frustrating to work with. Users shouldn't have to ask IT why Address system is set up the way it is.

Overall it is still an easy system to use with an easy learning curve. Teams pick up the system within a short period of time. Therefore overall, it is quite a good solution to use and have all the needed features to perform customer relationship management tasks. More room for improvement such as better integration within its own Zoho platform.

In my overall experience, I would highly recommend Zoho CRM, though it lacks the feature of partial entries, still we used that for our non-profit organization. They have offered us a non-profit discount as well. Moreover, their support is good, and has dedicated employees to help the clients. From my experience, sometimes, we got the idiots, but overall the support is good. They have helped us in doing custom functionalities that other CRM providers don't do for free.

Zoho is easy to use and train other users. The interface is very straightforward and allows user to navigate easily. There are also tons of training videos available to assist with the user experience as well. Zoho is also great for user customization which further allows each user to save time by having all the important modules just a click away.

Zoho CRM is an ally to our business, even if we don't have local support (Latin America) for technical queries and requests. As of now we have a reduced cost since all of the integration is now on Cloud, counting also with a better sales collaboration platform for our business.

I wanted a product that was fairly intuitive and most of the features are intuitive, but not all without some training. Once you understand how everything is set up, it's easy to train someone and help them know what steps they need to take in order to use the software appropriately.
