Their support desk/ help desk is outstanding. The chat window they offer is manned by experts who are available throughout to lend a helping and they follow up confirming that the issue has been resolved. In case, there is nay niggling issue they take it up with the developer team and get it resolved to the user requirements.

I had to deal with ZOHO's customer support a couple of times and they have been great. They were fast to respond and kept me updated as they fixed my issue. They got everything up and running again quickly. They were also very kind and informative.

Customer support is offline completely and would need some option for live chat or even, to schedule a virtual session with an expert. Documentation is extensive, so I assume that Zoho enforces customers to self-service as much as possible (?). Regarless, I would like to have a live chat option as minimum.

We did the training and that was a huge waste of money. The information provided was basic and the instructor was sloppy (he even forgot to turn off his mic when he used the restroom - no one should ever hear what we heard). I offered up a 9 because we were able to find what we needed on your website.

They are always available 24/7 for surface-level questions only. seems like anytime you have an actual issue it gets outsourced to someone who you cant speak with. and it might take a few days to resolve your issue.

Everytime I use their chat service I am talking to a real person. They have been knowledgeable, polite and seemed to interested in solving my issues. Then follow-up with summary email and helpful links.
