What is Zoho Recruit?
Zoho Recruit is a cloud-based ATS available from Zoho Corp, formerly AdventNet. This product offers features typical of applicant tracking systems: a user-friendly interface and customizable dashboards, batch or mass communication with potential candidates via multiple channels such as email or by leveraging its integration with social networking sites (e.g. LinkedIn) and commonly used applications (e.g. Outlook, Google Apps), posting to multiple job boards and a branded company career page, and resume parsing. It's custom automatable reports enable analyses of processing and information sharing. The free edition is available for individuals to use or recruiters to try, while the Standard Edition is an inexpensive and rudimentary option for small companies. The Enterprise edition comes with a higher price but includes greater automation, marketing, and outreach features. Transitioning and implementation is supported via an online FAQ.

The main difference maker for us was pricing. Zoho's pricing was much more competitive for a company our size. We also liked that we could try the software before committing to it.

Excellent low-cost CRM/ATS
I was first introduced to Zoho Recruit by a colleague. I was impressed by the ease of use and pricing. I've been a happy user of Zoho for 3+ years now. I have been checking out Loxo because I have friends in the industry that rave about it.

Great For Startups and Small Agencies

Zoho Recruit - Great recruiting product
I do not have much familiarity with other products, but Zoho Recruit has worked very well [with] our team, and we have had successful hires. I know we have also used Recruit CRM and have had success with this tool as well, but it does not integrate into the other Zoho products, obviously.

It's a Go Go for Zoho!

The ability to modify different fields, the accuracy of parsing is efficient, and the ease of implementation and support makes Zoho Recruit a standout platform. From the pricing tiers they have for different businesses and organizations plus the ratings we saw for the platform... it just made sense for our organization.

Zoho Recruit is surely at par with workable and LinkedIn Jobs, but [lags] behind in terms of new candidate discovery. Also, it mostly always is the second one to get new features that other tools try and that work for them. But overall, it's a fast, simple and easy to use tool.

Zoho Recruit is way better than any other softwares simply because it integrates with other Zoho products. If you use other zoho products, then this is a no brainer.

Great Job Applicant Management Software
We didn't use another software before so we are very happy we found Zoho Recruit. It is way better than not using a software. The price is reasonable and makes things very easy.

Zoho Recruit gets the job done in organizing my candidates!
I've only selected Zoho Recruit because that is the Applicant Tracking System my current company uses. I would actually choose Lever over Zoho Recruit because they send me notifications if I've set a reminder in the past, while Zoho does not. You have to just check what tasks you've created and even when it expires, they don't notify me.

Best Resume Tracking Tool for anyone serious about being professional in their Recruitment process
Zoho Recruit is far superior to all the other tools I evaluated. It alows for a ton of customization across the application. Templates and automated workflows allow for streamlining processes. It has integrations with several Zoho products and external tools, including Zapier. It provides a set of APIs to use with it. It allows for to-do lists with reminders. It allows for storage of all documents shared by candidates, including assignments. It allows you to create customized offer letters for candidates and keep track of them through the application. None of these capabilites are available in the other tools that I experimented with.

We evaluated Zoho Recruit first, and we found it suitable for our needs. We have used it now for over a year. We chose this application because we wanted to reduce most of the manual work done by the HR team, but after one year we have not been able to fully operationalize the process online.

Great functionality at a great price

Arithon is a widely used system, it is similar in functionality, but much more expensive. Salesforce has a system also, but once again is very expensive, and too cumbersome, might be better for very large organizations. We have viewed other systems, such as Firefish, but again far too expensive, with no real added functionality.

Zoho - Second time around - much better product
I have used both Bullhorn CRM and Zoho. Both are very good products. However, the price point for Zoho is much less than that of Bullhorn. That being said you don't have all the support or customization options in Zoho that we had in Bullhorn. In this case - since we simply needed a product to track candidate interactions, interviews and organize notes across the company we ended up going with Zoho.

Great Recruitment Tool
- Bullhorn Recruitment CRM and Workable
Bullhorn and RDB were much advanced and maybe better suited to large agencies, however the costs for them is significantly higher. Workable I didn't think was helpful at all in managing vacancies, in fact it seemed pretty useless. Zoho had the best features at the most reasonable and flexible subscription.

Zoho is far superior in my opinion to all other systems and can not be beat for the price point. This system has everything a business owner could ask for and with half the price. I would highly encourage any recruiter or staffing firm to take a look at this platform.
