We have multiple Zoom Rooms at different locations. They work great and our staff really enjoys using them. However, we have found that the A/V integration is sometimes not ideal and this causes some issues with the hardware not performing as expected. If we could get Zoom appliances that are fully integrated and customized for a single purpose, we would have a better user experience.
Zoom is going to take over!

Zoom Rooms are easy to use, but crucially very very easy to set up and once done are extremely stable on the network with immediate ability to make and join calls/meetings.

We have tested them, but have not actively used them. We are interested in using the product though. During our testing, we have been impressed with how easy it is to use the product. Just a few taps of an iPad and you're in a meeting. The IT tools for troubleshooting audio/video along with notifications is very intriguing to us as well.
