Zoom has a highly responsive support team, and their help topics section includes a number of highly detailed resources on how to get the most out of the Zoom platform. In the rare instance, we have had a problem with Zoom we have been able to resolve it quickly with either the support of Zoom or by using their prefabricated materials in the help section.

It offers all the features that users need from this platform. I have been using its free trial which comes up with connecting a lot of people virtually through audio call, video call also offers screen sharing and screen recording different features for different needs. I highly recommend everyone to use this platform to enhance their business and personal growth, save time and expenditure and communicate efficiently.

Support is good but there is room for improvement. For lower license tiers on call support is not present and reply backs to emails can be delayed. While the software itself is relatively bug free, a new windows update does crash it from time to time or introduces some form of audio issue.

I use this rating because the Zoom product made its greatest impact when it was needed the most. Businesses relied on the product when they started worrying about the impact of covid 19, and trying to protect their employees. Likewise, the school system also benefitted greatly from the zoom product. Children were now able to have classes online during the most stressful times of their childhoods.

The FAQs and forums on the Zoom website offer great help and troubleshooting almost immediately, especially when you are looking to use/locate any specific feature.
The support team is prompt and quick to respond within given SLAs. However, I would deduct 2 marks as sometimes the audio/video glitch happens and we haven't received any fixed solution for this so far.

If there were any Zoom issues they were fixed with an update in a timely manner and I feel that Zoom support has been attentive to the issues like Zoom bombing or other authentication where needed. I would say that I did not call Zoom support that often but was able to find intuitive answers at the moment.

It has satisfied in both individual-level and organization. Zoom has always helped my joining meetings with just a calendar reminder, which ahs never let me join late. It has provided multiple options like screen sharing, screen recording which helps in attending missed seminars, document sharing, background filters, polling, voting, integration of multiple other apps.

The features and capabilities of Zoom truly make it stand out [from] other apps in the market. The app can serve easily to the means of business organizations or educational institutions which involves a predominantly huge number of attendees or participants and information sharing with minimum hassle. Overall it is ok to run a company very well than it is running over a normal network connection. Does not need any very very High-speed network Correction. Nice Audio and video quality then rooms for the invite so well. Participant admin can able to control the other voice and video in some situations.

From learning [an] MBA course in [the] pandemic situation to teaching new [processes] to other colleagues, Zoom made my routine schedule more balanced. As [an introverted] person, this platform boosted my confidence and now I am more [extroverted from] gaining experience with meeting others. A zoom is a great software for video conferencing and it is easy to use. Online classes, online sessions online video conferencing, screen sharing are possible with Zoom. Especially in the pandemic ut has become a solution to a number of problems.

I had my personal experience with the Zoom billing and support team. From reading in forums, my experience is like that of many others (unresolved issues with billing and accounts). While the contact at Zoom was nice and forthcoming, the initial response took an unbelievable amount of time (7 weeks). Also, the offered solution was embarrassingly inadequate in a professional setting (closing an account to resolve a login problem). I believe the company systematically neglects user support or does not invest a proportional amount of revenue in these departments. From the way how my several tickets have been "resolved" by the support, this is easily the worst experience with a tech company ever.
