Overall Satisfaction with Atera

Ticketing system : i love how the ticketing system the support team to stay on track and ensure that all requests coming from our clients are attended to in a systematic manner.
Resource monitoring : i am able to use Atera to monitor all our resources as it checks the health of all of them and alerts me if there is any possible issue so it can be taken care of sooner.
Streamlining and automating patching within all the departments.

  • Less finances are being used in maintainance of our resources because through monitoring we are able to notice problems before they become huge problems that cause us more money.
  • Our clients are being served more efficiently through the ticketing system and this has led to more refferals.
Atera has a simple UI and it is very simple to navigate and use. Due to this onboarding people to use the platform is not as difficult.
Having a single platform approach has helped us keep track of everything on the same platform making management extra easy.
Atera is way more user friendly , it has a smooth learning curve and the pricing is favorable. Atera also has a lot of features that make it superior. They even have additional features like the ticketing system that was a pleasant surprise to have. Overall Atera stands out at the top.

Atera is best suited in resource monitoring especially in a big organization where monitoring every single asset may be a tad difficult.
In my experience , there is no area where Atera is less appropriate , all the features offered by Atera are highly functional and useful. We have been able to utilize every aspect of it so it is all appropriate.
