Overall Satisfaction with Atera

We use Atera to monitor all our devices to get full visibility and also full control of our IT enviroment.
The remote access is also in use and super helpful as we are ablr to start sessions instantly using Anydesk.
Atera helps us to offer support to clients and issue resolution through the ticketing and helpdesk features.
We use Atera to ensure our networks are secure through security scans in real time.

  • Remote monitoring and management.
  • Remote access.
  • Patching tool does not pick up machines that were offline when the process was going on.
  • Ability of the platform to be customized to met particular needs.
  • Keeping our network secure means keeping our data secure and this is a great selling point.
  • Ticketing system has helped us improve our customer experience leading to more sales.
  • Patch management helps us save money by ensuring all softwares are up to date and fully efficient.
Atera has helped our organization espesially the IT department to keep the IT enviromnent well managed and secure and all from one platform. This has made monitoring easier and helped improve customer experience with us.
Atera being an all in one solutions means we only had to purchase one platform to accomplish so many things in the organization instead of having to get different softwares for all the features that are needed to ensure the IT enviroment is well covered and taken care of.
Atera has so many features that are fully functional.

Atera is well suited for remote monitoring and management , it does this so perfectly making it the best part of the platform.
Network discovery is also great as it helps keep the network super secure.
The ticketing system works well although customizing it is not possible so making it less suitable based on my experience.
