Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight PX
I use Gainsight PX to collect in-product user feedback in order to see how users react to new products and to see how sentiment changes over time.

- Demonstrating to leadership and customers the success of our product.
- Collecting feedback to implement.
I did not select Gainsight and we recently switched some of our products to other software which give us better targeting options but are more difficult to implement.
