Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We currently use isolved for all areas from ATS, LMS, Performance, Time, Onboarding, HR Management and Payroll processing. We were looking for a platform that had the capability to change and grow with our clients needs and out own internal needs, which isolved was the only one that checked all of the boxes. Being a true single database, we do not need to reenter the employee information or worry about accruals or time information not flowing over correctly. Once the rules and eligibility is built, we simply need to hire someone in and the system takes over from there.

We use isolved through a reseller and they service is fantastic. They are very knowledgeable and are quick to respond to any questions.
The HR team can have as much or as little access to the data they need through isolved. Even within the HR team, members access can be customized which saves a great deal of time not having to edit reports or adjust information that contacts are not supposed to see.
Proliant is a great product, but isolved allows one database. Asure did not stack up as the tax engine and overall platform were very much suited for a small business in a single state.

The system is easy to adjust and customize which not many platforms allow for an easy process or customization based on a companies needs. Again, having one entry for employee data, eliminates the human error with new hire added.
