Overall Satisfaction with isolved

We are a PEO (professional employer organization) and our clients use isolved for their HRCM tool. The tool does everything from onboarding, employee management, payroll & reporting , to offboarding.

  • more reporting capabilities - maybe an advanced report writing wizard.
  • There seems to be a lot of work to do for the PEO space
  • if using for PEO/ASO, we haven't seen much ROI as of this date as we have had too many issues with clients not liking the product
personally, I like the product. It has a lot of capabilities. But we have not had many clients at all that likes the product and after a client gets through implementation, they immediately express regrets.
isolved does have a lot of capabilities, but in my experience, smaller businesses tend to like Prism better - its more simplified.

Just for PEO generally, I think its a lot of work internally to manage isolved. isolved does have a lot of capabilities, but for us its taking double the internal resources to manage with isolved than it did with our other solution.
