Microsoft SQL Server is a comprehensive solution as transactional database, data warehouse, analytics, reporting, and ETL. It also integrates with the cloud well (Azure). The ease of use and setup makes this better than Oracle Database because the query syntax is also different for that one, and it's harder to support. MongoDB is great for small applications and mobile apps. If you have limited resources to support and maintain the environment this may not be ideal compared to a managed service or SAAS solution such as Snowflake.
