Overall Satisfaction with Mixpanel
The whole organization uses Mixpanel to build funnels from marketing channel activity right through to conversion on one of our platforms. We have hundreds of funnels live that identify areas where we can help customers get passed parts of our flow and drive conversion. Mixpanel has been instrumental in giving us this visibility.

- UI doesn't scale well.
- Difficult to identify triggers easily.
- No instant customers support.
- Improved conversion.
These two aren't the same but can fulfill some of the funnel optimisation purposes of Mixpanel.
