Overall Satisfaction with Nextiva
Our phone vendor informed us they were no longer going to offer VOIP service and gave us a few suggestions of providers to contact, Nextiva was one of those providers. During the sales interview, we were impressed with the knowledge of the team and after interviewing a few other companies, decided on Nextiva. The montly rate dropped dramatically, implementation was easy and so far customer service has been really good.
- Hold time with customer service has been very short
- Chat box pops up with offer to chat when searching or watching a video
- Pricing is very competitive
- There were several words that were spelled incorrectly on their website which was very bothersome.
- The previous phone had a message "transfer complete" and now when I transfer a call it just disappears and I hope that I did not hang up on a customer.
- For a non technical person, some of the explanations during the implementation process were complicated. Customer service was able to walk me through step by step which was super helpful.
- Our monthly cost dropped by over $50 which is impressive in this market where prices are going up.
- When the phones work, we work and these phones have been great.
