Overall Satisfaction with Salesmate
I use Salesmate in my organization to update leads, opportunities, Email campaigns, etc. The product addresses issues like Email campaigns, and maintaining all the lead details, notes, and opportunities we have. I usually update my all-prospect details in Salesmate, update all my meeting notes, schedule a task, and do an email campaign.
- Particularly, an email campaign helps me to track all the details about the prospect whether he/she opened the email or not.
- If they clicked on any links attached in the email.
- It helps us to see who clicked on Unsubscribe button.
- So, this helps me to track my email campaign activity where I can do a follow-up with the prospect based on these details given by the Salesmate.
- And another good thing is we can add a email template directly into the Salesmate and schedule an email campaign.
