Overall Satisfaction with Todoist
Todoist in our organization helps with efficient planning, tracking and solving tasks. Compared to other solutions, its big advantage is the integration with other systems (Asana, Outlook), a light application and the possibility of entering tasks and deadlines using natural language. For the entire time of using the program, we are delighted and have no significant reservations.

Compared to other tools, Todoist offers a stronger focus on completing tasks compared to more complex project systems. We chose a combination of Asana (projects) and Todoist (more detailed task tracking), mutual integration and synchronization works flawlessly. We have abandoned other project systems. Another advantage is the possibility of using natural language when entering details (e.g. deadline, project) for tasks.
