Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We have been using Webex Meetings solution for about 3 years now and our experience with the product has been great. It is hands down one of the best meeting solutions out there and stands up to the standards of a meeting solution, it is very quick and easy to start a meeting with the remote vendor and let them take control of the system where in few cases which involves the user to enter a lot of commands for implementation purposes and Webex Meetings solves this problem by letting them do the work for you from a remote location. This is one such use casem there can be a lot of such use cases it can be an internal inter-teams calls to understand and solve the internal issues and many such and overall it is a very seamless experience.
- Probably one of the best features I've always witnessed with Webex Meetings while others struggle is that the latency is very less which plays a key role in the overall user experience
- The UI is simple and clean with the most needed features readily available
- Webex Meetings can operate very well even with lower bandwidths
- The live transcripts feature works very well
- The licensing model of Webex Meetings is probably one of the best
- Some features are deep inside
- Support can be improved a lot
- Mobile applications are really bad in comparison to the pc version
- I often feel that it is worth the penny considering its functionalities to the price ratio

The functionality that Webex Meetings had was so good compared to most other players and we especially like the licensing model of Webex Meetings over the others.
