Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
We use Zenefits for payroll and insurance purposes. It works very very well for what we use it for. I clock in and out using the mobile app every day and love the convenience of it. Also, whenever I have any insurance or benefits questions I know I can find the resources I need and where I need to find them.

Easier to use and more modern. Everything on Zenefits is quick and easy to access, if I can't figure something out or have any questions I can call the help desk and I get a real person to help me navigate where I need to go and what I need to do.

I am not sure if we purchased premium or not.
I had trouble accessing my insurance info so I had to call support, they walked me through it quickly and easily.
