I would like the Leave, transfer and hold icons front and center. Have a smaller image of the caller and replace with larger icons

It would be nice to have dial pad and function buttons like an actual phone front and center.

It is excellent for Auto Attendant when getting our calls directed to the correct department. Ring groups are an absolute most have and makes it very convenient to set up based on departments. It's easy to remove someone from ring groups or the entire system should they leave the company. Setting up a new account is very easy. The numbers are reliable and never show up as SPAM

8x8 make it user friendly to navigate and get things done efficiently. Whether its having to update a user's extension or adding a new user to replace an old employee. Everything can be done seamlessly from the 8x8 admin portal.

Lack of editable shortcut keys. Only 3 shortcuts can be changed - please add a "hold" only shortcut at least. Also, the interface between the physical handset and the software is non-existent.

Again for a large call center with many needs, and full time people to manage this may be a good system, but for a small business needing a phone system in my opinion it is overly complicated and difficult to manage without multiple calls on support.

There are too many factors involved when deploying a simple extension. DIDs are generally not necessary and most companies are moving towards dial by ext options. The phone models are extremely outdated

8x8 offers an extremely user friendly GUI. The way that the admin console is set up makes logical sense and takes out the guess work. There are many functionalities available that the average user can likely figure out how to set up on their own. However in the case that they can't, 8x8 offers a knowledge base complete with every topic within their product. 8x8 also has a pretty amazing support staff and an abundance of webinars that a user can watch or sign up for a live session.

The 8x8 X product is a product that is very user-friendly. I am not that good with electronics and I have no issues, even with the numerous upgrades they send. Faxing is a godsend, as no machine is needed and it is very easy to do. The whole product is great.

Difficulties in time-factors. 3 hour difference in the cycle of Tech support. The ease of videos at time are overwhelming to beginner senior business owner without an entire staff. The excellence of the software once shown - works without a tweak problem.

All functions are very intuitive and easy to use. Even the Admin page and setting someone up is straightforward, unlike the old systems where you had to configure everything individually, with the 8x8 Admin page, A few clicks here and there and the new user is created or in a call group etc.

Once the kinks are worked out and everyone is on the same phone system it is very easy to use. You can also message employees and video call employees which is very nice when you have a question but they are on the phone, you can send them a quick message and they can message you back without having to hang up.

It is really user-friendly. Between the App and the Desktop App, all my users know how to use it. They know how to set up their own devices for it. The admin portal is pretty easy to navigate as well. If I do have a question, I know the chatbot is there if I had any questions or concerns.
