Get Social with Adobe

I was the main person in my company to use the platform. I would generate reports via Adobe Social to give to my boss, so he had seen the functionality within the platform. But I was the contact for day to day. If another social person was brought on, I am sure that we would have both used it.

About 10-20 people at Cengage Learning were engaged with Adobe Social at the time that I was there. It was utilized primarily by those working in social, but there were a multitude of sales personnel as well as several back-end SEO and software architects that utilized it for different purposes, but all functions were served well by Adobe Social.

Mostly they are either social media managers or marketers using company social media channels across our business units or at the corporate level. There are also some analysts who are able to look at the reporting found in the tool, but many of them tend not to use that reporting because better reporting is usually found in the native social platforms.
