What is Agorapulse?

Agorapulse is a social media management tool that aims to help mid-sized businesses and agencies better manage their Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube activity.

This social media management tool allows users to post content, engage with their community, and download reports from a single dashboard that is designed to be intuitive. Conversations are captured with the inbox -- depending on the social network, it captures comments, mentions, direct/private messages, Facebook ad comments, and Instagram ad comments. All plans include collaboration tools to moderate or assign inbox items which makes getting through the inbox easier.

Current Instagram publishing features include: scheduling stories and carousel posts via push notifications, product tagging, PulseLink in bio, direct image and video publishing, tagging public usernames, and adding locations to single feed posts.

Additional options include external shared calendars to get content feedback and Power Reports to create customized reports in half the time.

The vendor states that thousands of agencies take advantage of Agorapulse's Agency Love program, which includes resources to attract more clients, improve ROI, increase revenue, and master social media management. Agorapulse helps to measure the real business impact of social media campaigns through its Social Media ROI feature.

Literally every time I have asked for help. This morning, in fact, I was getting a 505 Error, and contacted them via FB for support. They were just as fast and helpful on FB as they are within the platform. He ran a test and the website was up and running immediately. Always have killer support for this platform!

Every time, but especially, when I first started using the program and was not sure how to navigate the website and tools. They quickly answered all of my questions and told me how and where to look for answers in the future so that I could work things out on my own very quickly. They also provided me with additional links to every post regarding similar issues/topics.

One time they helped me with an issue with specific file uploads and went far and beyond to get me a video that had recorded on their end to walk me through how to solve the issue. Way out of scope for them to do, but just shows that they care about their customer service!

Support has, overall, been satisfactory. We haven't had any major issues with Agorapulse that would require extensive support, which in itself speaks to how well their team supports their product and keeps it running. They were very responsive and understanding during the presales and onboarding processes, even when we had approval issues with our own management that stretched the process out well beyond what we initially expected.

I was having a difficult time getting the system to accept my method of payment when the customer support representative got on the chat line with me. She explained where I'd gone wrong in entering the address, as they didn't have a suite field, so the card was not recognized as valid. Fixed that up, and we were off to the races.

Yes! During my trial period, they noticed I hadn't been using the tool that much. They reached out to me and I explained that due to time constraints I hadn't been able to explore the product. They doubled the length of my trial and continually sent helpful training videos. Quite honestly, this converted me into a customer.
