It's like you can custom your meeting as you exactly need it to be set. It's great for bigger events with more than 50 people and the quality of audio as well as video remains stable for the most of the times (taking into account other imperfections for example: network). For smaller events it might me too much but I guess that was not the intention of creating BJ Events :)

Joining meetings it is easy, setting up an account is also easy. It may be a bit confusing for participants that don't know the platform, as it is not straightforward to understand that joining a meeting is completely free. I am always the host and I find it easy to organize and chair meetings.

This rating comes from end user experience. When they step into a meeting, they get asked to put in SSO credentials if the meeting is restricted. In many cases, the meeting is open to anyone and staff needs to enter a name to continue. Some staff will forget to add a name and come in as a Guest. Call in options will only provide the phone number for the person calling in on the participant roster.
This overall can be a little confusing for some, but to others this is a great service.

Once you're familiar with it, the system is easy to use; however, new users tend to struggle until they install the end user applications rather than use browsers.

The sync-up to Outlook makes it extremely easy to click on a meeting and connect even if the application is not installed, but default mic and headphones setup work better with the BlueJeans application itself.

Calendar integration (Outlook and Google) could better. Scheduling could be easier (currently, I just copy/paste into Outlook invites) Also, would be good to have better Salesforce integration - to import attendance reports into Salesforce...
