My company uses CyberGrants for our grant application process. It's been a fantastic solution for us, and we've appreciated the ability to streamline our different applications in the back end for reporting. Our grantees have been appreciative of the new process, and any issues they've had (learning curves, mostly) have been quickly handled by CyberGrants support. Our implementation process was easy - CyberGrants walked us through the process - and we were up and running in just a few months.

Reporting is a little DIY - it's built so that you can pull reports of almost any kind, and because there are so many options, it can be a little overwhelming at first. I recommend having one or two employees to become internal subject matter experts to help any other staff along the way.

Custom grant applications - it was easy for us to create applications that asked exactly the right questions. Features like downloadable budget templates were perfect for us, too.
Easy review process - we're able to see the status of any grant's review process in just a few clicks.

Help guides on the admin page aren't always the most helpful for the specific questions I've had.
Reporting is almost TOO comprehensive - it can be a little overwhelming at first!

The time saved on administrative work is a huge win. We used a simple web form for our applications, and spent a lot of time and energy manually entering details into our old system.
