We use the platform for commission purposes. We make all the calculations within the platform and then release monthly statements for the reps to check. We have useful reports that are sent to the management level every month.
  • It's flexible and intuitive
  • It has a great connection to SFDC
  • It has a great UX/UI experience
  • New dashboards
  • Better processing statements
That I can understand every single calculation and plan, when I need to do urgent modifications to the plans, I can do it myself, and I don't always need an experienced vendor. I need better dashboards, visualizations, and user experience that the reps can use to better understand their plain numbers. Also, managers need to have better views to analyze their teams
  • Their connection to SFDC
  • Their flexible plans

once I have a problem of reps seeing plans that shouldn't be published to them. I contacted the support team and they immediately got back to me with the exact answer that I needed. They explained how to access to platform and what to choose in order to fix it simply and efficiently. They helped me do it and they were interested in knowing if the problem was fixed
