They are VERY fast at replying to us, and most times have a solution they can implement the same day. I cna't tell you how many companies I've worked with where the minimum time turnover to fix a simple problem is at LEAST ONE business day if not more, and at times the issues are not solved. CIQ gets it on the first go usually.

It works as expected and made commission a lot easier than we had it with an Excel worksheet. We are able to connect to our CRM and able to have an easily accessible dashboard and report for users to determine what their commission looks like at any point, which has been a huge win for the sales team.

We used support during our initial setup regarding statment errors. They were quick and concise to respond and help us solve our issues regarding this. They also directed us to the office hours that enabled us to learn of new features and upcoming announcements.

The support team at CaptivateIQ, for the most part, is responsive and helpful. To date, they haven't yet failed to assist us with any issues or errors that occur. Our CSM is excellent; she definitely takes care to support our needs and advocate for us when warranted.

Only rating it this low because I’ve seen it not work and it take a couple of days to get back on track. One time it was down for an entire month. Since I am just a user and not an admin I wasn’t the one who reached out to support to fix it but I can’t imagine the support was great given it was down for so long.
