We use it for our payment needs. It helps us receive payments via cards and payment links. The integration helps us receive and manage payments without any hassle.

Checkout.com is our main card acquirer for LiveScore Bet in multiple markets. Performance has been excellent - improving over the time we've been using them. We've had good success with trying out new technologies with Checkout.com as well - utilising their Risk Engine, Exemptions, Network Tokenisation, Hosted Payment pages etc. As a fully-licensed and responsible betting company, the choice of solid partners is critical to our own success and given the huge importance of Card Payments, the partnership with Checkout.com is particularly valuable.

We took a chance with Checkout.com when launching LiveScore Bet, as they didn't have a lot of experience in our market. It has been a rewarding journey so far as we have grown significantly with their help, with great technology and very fair pricing.

Launching in new territories would have been problematic without Checkout.com being so helpful and quick with turnarounds during the onboarding journeys.

Checkout.com do well when it comes to the 'name on the tin' - the cashier/checkout journeys are great. They need to improve on the payout side of the equation e.g. supporting ApplePay Payouts, and perhaps offering Open Banking journeys.

Checkout is one of our payment processing partners, they supply the most popular payment methods for us - payment cards globally. Our long-standing cooperation is going very well. Checkout is an experienced PSP, offering a very good Merchant service, its employees approach cooperation with great care, and they are proactive in offering new services to fit our business model.

I use Checkout.com to analyze the risk rules I create, to then create risk strategies. I really like to use the shadow testing option thanks to new features like Backtesting and Forward plan). I also challenge disputes on a daily basis. I analyze the impact of created rules on authorization and conversion rates.
  • The ability to create rules using syntax - this allows you to adapt the rules to almost any fraudulent schemes and attacks.
  • Risk strategy testing is brilliant! A great feature for understanding the effect of a risk strategy on traffic.
  • Communication and involvement in any questions - are excellent!
  • It would be great to add a dashboard for tracking the scheme monitoring program.
  • Dispute Dashboard - to see how many cases were won/lost. how many cases were won in a month and losses from chargebacks.
  • Add the ability to test ML solutions from Checkout.com and custom rules (for example, 10% of the traffic to give ML to compare what is better).
Checkout.com is great for those who want to increase productivity and authorization levels, regardless of payment volumes. Checkout.com will be a great solution for those who are thinking about fraud and chargebacks.

We process CIT/MIT transactions via Checkout.com, acquiring connections globally. No business problems; we just make sure our transactions are processed with the higher auth rate possible and with good security.

Very good performance in Asia countries for us, better than our old already set up acquirer. Very flexible, Intelligent routing team, helpful and very efficient in what they do. In EU is getting better and better. The US becomes worst, thus probably CKO will not be the best choice for this market.

Checkout is our primary PSP used to manage our payment gateway. We shifted to Checkout.com a couple of years back, where we used to have an unpleasant experience with the previous provider in terms of security, fraud management, and customer support. Checkout provides us with the best in class service that enables the company to enthrone the online platforms in KSA

I use Checkout.com for my e-commerce. I have not had any significant issues. They provide good service and they always work improving their services. e.g. They introduced for the merchant sale not to be directed outside the website, which was a very good thing for the consumer to trust our brand more reliably

If our customers want to pay for our services by credit card, Checkout.com handles these payments so that we don’t have to implement the strict requirements that credit card issuers put on sellers.

Out of the blue Checkout.com cancelled our contract with two months' notice. No reason was given except that their service was not suitable to us. That means we have to find a new payment provider, go through the contractual hassle, and implement their API within two months. If we hadn’t already had another payment provider from earlier, that could have been deadly. A contractual partner that unreliable is only for people who enjoy playing Russian Roulette.

Checkout.com is our main payment gateway when it comes to accepting transactions all over the world. Having clients worldwide, it might be difficult to be able to perform well in terms of payments acceptance. Checkout.com allows our users to successfully make purchases by having a wide selection of processors which allows them to perform well in different countries.

I think it's great to use for medium or large companies, but I believe it might not be worth considering it for someone smaller due to competitive pricing. Also I heard cases where users had a hard time integrating their software, therefore it might be a good idea to plan accordingly and be ready to dedicate decent dev resources.

We are currently using Checkout.com as our Payment Gateway for our websites to process credit cards and payments for purchases.

This allows us to digitally collect payments and reconcile immediately instead of processing them manually with bank transfers or cheques. At the same time, refunds are also processed automatically through our billing portal, providing smoother day-to-day operations.

The ease of integration using Checkout.com with Zuora was a main deal breaker for us. It took us less than 1 business day to setup. Our CSM took over almost immediately when setup was completed and provided some potential plans on how we can improve approval ratings. At the same time, Checkout.com constantly introduces new features which is something I've rarely seen from my previous payment processors.

Personally, I feel that Checkout.com should be used in any scenario where E-commerce is involved.

We use checkout for as our payment gate way, and we use it for monitoring the approval rate, processing the transactions, reviewing the fraud, and processing the refunds, and day to day operations tasks. The approval rate with other PSP was bad and Checkout.com has really helped us in improving it.

We use this as a payment and credit card merchant for our website to process credit cards and payments for purchases. This allows us to process card payments and purchases on our website efficiently. It also allows us to fraud-check customers making payments to ensure that we do not receive any fraudulent charges, providing good e-commerce.

Overall, we've had an excellent experience with Checkout.com. The integration was very well organized and without problems. We have also found them very communicative and very supportive. Our company needs to collect payments online from end users. We offer food ordering online, and our brands are spread across 70+ countries. For our business, it's important to offer the best user experience - a seamless payment flow to increase loyalty and overall satisfaction with the order process. Apart from that, we need to support several acquirers per market, more than 1 gateway for backup processing. We need a reliable partner with a high uptime because we used to have a partner before who was frequently down. Another problem is provider support, many either don't offer it or its quality is low. Our payment setup is very complex, and we need a solution that fits all cases. Checkout.com is one of my key providers for online card acquiring across different regions. I use their gateway, aggregator, and acquiring solutions in MENA and APAC regions. They work with all top acquirers in each market, support several gateways. Apart from that, I use their PRISM product to set up fraud rules and to blacklist suspicious customers. On a daily basis, I use their merchant dashboard to download transaction reports and check invoices. The Checkout.com team helps me with performance analysis and investigations, consults on new products, and supports during API upgrade/implementation process.

Checkout.com will be a great choice for a merchant with a significant transaction count - they meet the needs of the biggest merchants.
It is a trusted partner of ours and they are clearly focused on a long-term partnership with their clients. They grow fast as a company - launching new markets, new payment options, and products. Checkout.com listens to the needs of their clients and they are usually flexible in terms of adding new functionalities/features/payment methods.
Plus I already recommended them to my colleagues, and we expanded our cooperation to more markets.

Data enrichment retention is due to an aggregated payment gateway, acquiring, and processor solution, which ensures the issuer gets the data touch points, so the customer and we gets transaction conversion.

Also well positioned to assist with SCA 3DS exemptions as they provide this services solution but allow the merchant to use their own exemption strategies where strong TRA capability is available.
