Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

If one is looking for a reliable and performing payment gateway I definitely recommend Checkout.com. Especially if the company is selling in many markets and wants to have a mix of local and cross border acquiring.
If cost is the only metric (although it should not be), some alternative providers do better.

Checkout.com is an excellent payment provider and partner to our business. They provide timely, effective production support and help us solve for our business' specific payment challenges. They are friendly and easy to partner with and offer expert advice on how to best setup our ecosystem to run efficient operations. They are always looking to improve their platform and take customer feedback seriously to provide a great service.

If someone will ask for a good and reliable payment provider for their business needs (it can be any type of online business) - I would definitely recommend Checkout.com.
I wouldn't recommend Checkout.com to someone who works in a "grey area".

Liability shift is an important issue for our business and Checkout.com has a clear guideline for this in its 3ds documentation publicly available. The payouts are daily. Transaction fees are present in the dashboard under a transaction. Easy to configure fraud rules settings are available. Not ideal for APMs, not ideal if you want to have a direct integration with Xero or to see balance figure from the dashboard.

It has been great working with Checkout.com. They are very focused on attending to our needs as an e-commerce platform and always listen very closely to our feedback. One point I would recommend as improvement is working on having more payment methods available.

Paysend Acquiring.

Checkout offers great service and expertise and stands above its peers in full-service offering, integration, and ongoing support. However, Checkout is not suitable in a scenario where Paysend is fully licensed and a direct acquirer of the scheme. In this scenario, Paysend can perform the full value chain in-house.

We only have experience as a crypto merchant, and we had great experience so far, so we would say that Checkout.com is definitely a good service provider for crypto merchants.
But in general, we like the simplicity and user-friendliness of the service (but not at the cost of providing more advanced features, especially with regards to its risk engine).

For brokers, it covers globally.

There are plenty of in house solutions that Checkout.com offers such as payout solutions, intelligence for fraud etc.

For fraud, Checkout.com offer to help with preventing fraud and can detect clients with suspicious activities which is a great tool especially for brokers who deals with client money. Checkout.com is great at listening to your needs, and adapt or tailor a solution which is right for you. We have had a few cases in which this has been the way.

Checkout.com is the best provider we have had in the last ten years. It is very well suited to developing solutions for conversion rate optimization, cost reduction, and services like smart acceptance. I don't see any issue with them; there is no scenario they are not able to handle. I don't see any scenario in which they are not suitable.

I'd recommend them highly. Stripe is too messy on mid-market/enterprise support and it's easy to get lost in their sales qualifying matrix. Adyen is too big and doesn't want to work with mid-market/ fast growing startups. Checkout.com takes that time to understand and work with you to figure out how to create solutions. It's one of the best infra partners we worked with in fintech. Hence, we highly recommend them.

We have found since we started using Checkout.com we have a very good conversion rate and i also find if we have an issue checkout.con have been good communicators, however I have found that when we did have an issue, checkout.com were adamant the issue wasnt with them, but it turns out it was, so we cant be over confident when it comes to bugs etc

I think it's great to use for medium or large companies, but I believe it might not be worth considering it for someone smaller due to competitive pricing. Also I heard cases where users had a hard time integrating their software, therefore it might be a good idea to plan accordingly and be ready to dedicate decent dev resources.
