Deep knowledge and awareness of the payment domain, supportive and helpful in guiding us through our various new implementations. Our customer account manager and technical support lead always ensure we are following regulations and adhering to best practices when it comes to enabling new payment capabilities for customers in our business across the globe.

Overall, the support is good. The checkout team helps the company migrate to its new platform with ease. However, it happened 2 out of 10 times that I had to repeatedly raise tickets for some query, but I did not receive a reply.

When we had technical issues with payments in the past, the support team was not very helpful, rather were sending template responses. Overall, we did not have many technical issues with payments.
About regulatory advice, Checkout.com was helpful with communicating changes to us, although not customising them and send all changes to us, making it difficult for us to know if this particular change is related to us or not. 70% of the cases, they were not related to our type of integration.

Our account manager is excellent, and the team supports him with additional knowledge and data when required. He always has his finger on the pulse of the payments and industry and talks knowledgeably on virtually every topic we have ever posed to him. From my experience with Checkout.com, it certainly feels that they are close-knit and ensure that everyone is involved in the developments inside and outside their business.

The different departments within Paysend, including finance, operations, and treasury, which deal with Checkout on a daily basis, consistently feedback that Checkout is a preferred partner. The development team that completed and maintained the onboarding has also provided feedback on the ease of connecting.

It's hard to determine - we never seeekd for regulatory advices from Checkout.com. The support from our Key Account Manager was good, but not as responsive as we would like) Anyway, Esteban is the best manager so far

We had issues with payments being blocked even after disabling all fraud rules. The account manager initially provided us with a solution that didn't work. Once we realized it didn't work, they escalated the issue to another team, and we are still waiting for them to reply. I'd expect account managers to know how the system works.

When we were discovering the possibility of opening an entity in the United States to process transactions as domestic cards, Checkout.com did not just quickly provide the requirements to open that market as we asked them to but showed us slides with all the possibilities we had for each of their licenses in the world, calculating an estimate of the acquiring costs and acceptance rate we would have, based on the cross-border volumes we were processing with them, to evaluate other ways to improve our business.

Yes. They have a pretty good compliance team. So, they helped us create a solution that is compliant but also seamless. That powered us to be able to grow fast and reach our customers. One of the reasons we used them is how well their compliance team knew our use cases and worked with us.

General support team is always friendly, helpful and responding in a timely manner. For bigger scale issues, we can always contact our account manager or other CKO members who are usually also very helpful and are able to assist us. In general, I never had an issue with Checkout's overall support.
