With the integrated suite, club management becomes simplified, fast, and reliable enabling faster data access while providing an easy-to-use interface. The implementation process was completed with ease and produced great improvements in functionality. The software features CE Payments, which has initiated a shift towards autopay systems, leading to a positive user experience.
The app's modern and intuitive interface is easy-to-use and can be taught easily to new team members. The SQL Server database architecture is robust and performs exceptionally well relative to competitors, providing fast and reliable service to customers. Members can use the app easily, and monthly statements can be sent out via email with ease. Nevertheless, some issues remain unsolved. For example, saving the CVV number on CC is not day one PCI compliant, while the inability to delete entries requires negative entries alongside other persistent issues such as no sub ledgers or batch CC payments by terminal. Critical bugs remain while features are added with no coherence and no roadmap on software updates weekly leaving users confused and frustrated.
