EverWebinar has been a game changer for many users, saving them hours and days by eliminating the need for live classes. The ability to set up pre-recorded webinars every 15 minutes has been a major time-saver, allowing users to automate their webinar process and reach a wider audience. However, some users have found the software to be unintuitive, which can hinder their ability to effectively use it. For those integrating with Kartra, EverWebinar has been a deciding factor due to its seamless integration. While the application is solid and useful for my purposes, it's support system is completely wanting. I have a URL parameter problem that FB is very antsy about and is hence restricting the efficiency of ads we run. It has been identified as caused by EverWebinar. They maintain the issue is too difficult for them and that I should go to the FB support group for resolution...by other members I take it. The issue is at least 2 years old and they do nothing.. UNBELIEVABLE

We use EverWebinar for our online webinar series. It allows us to automate the registration process while integrating with our CRM. Another important feature is that it tracks all visitors that register and watch the webinar and whether they leave or stay for the whole thing. If there is anyone that falls off an automatic email is sent with a replay link so that they can continue watching. It has made our job much easier.

Likelihood to Recommend
Just to give you an idea of the whole process. You connect your recorded video to EverWebinar and then it takes you through the steps to build out the whole automated webinar system. You design a registration page, once a person is registered they are taken to a holding room, which you will also design or choose a template, that has a timer of when the webinar will start. Once the timer is up, you are then directed to the "live" webinar. Since it appears to be live, you are unable to stop it or rewind. It has worked wonderfully for us for the past year.

  • We have been very successful using EverWebinar. Unfortunately, I do not have any hard numbers at this time but it is definitely worth the investment.

I gave it a high rating due to how easy it is to use and follow including customization and integration with both our CRM and our scheduling software. We ended up removing one of the 3rd party apps we were using with EverWebinar that saved us $12,000 per year, so had to use their webinar cloning in order to test the changes and it worked seamlessly.

Fortunately, I have not had to contact support for anything up to this point so really can't give a rating. I will be sure to update my review in the event that I need to in the future. Hopefully I will not need to as it is very user friendly.

It may not be suitable for those who are having a short webinar or VSL because of its interface. It is good to keep prospects attention over time due to the chatbox and interactive features

I have not used other webinar stacks, this has been a software that was recommended by one of the course creator mentors, and have been using this software since the beginning. It has continued to bring in good results so I have continued to use this webinar software. I will continue to use it for now.

Everwebinar has overall good usability due to its easy-to-use interface. This is the main reason I am giving this rating. There are more things that could be improved including the landing page templates. We have reflected this to support however this has not been addressed at all.

Overall good to use, gaining positive ROI for our business. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive. However, the landing page templates need to be improved and the customer support is rather appalling. Multiple features have been suggested however there always have never been replies from their customer support.

There are pros and cons to EverWebinar but I believe the pros out weigh the cons. It's a great tool for someone who wants to have an automated webinar funnel.

  • EverWebinar is really good at the set-up process for your automated webinar. It makes it very easy in their step-by-step set-up process
  • EverWebinar looks really nice on the end user's side. When people are attending your webinar, they will have a very easy and intuitive experience. The format looks modern and professional.
  • EverWebinar also allows you to make it feel like an automated webinar is LIVE or WAS Live. You can add comments to pop up at certain times etc.
  • EverWebinar has their own tested landing pages that you can choose to use AND you can also split test them - which is something other webinar companies dont' do.
Likelihood to Recommend
EverWebinar is well suited for the people who have done LIVE webinars several times and have tweaked them to the point of converting well. Take that webinar and pop it into EverWebinar for an automated experience to set that webinar funnel on evergreen. That way you don't have to show up live all the time and the end user can watch at their convenience.

  • We've been able to easily make back the money that EverWebinar costs with selling $300 products up to $2000 products.
  • Automating an already successful webinar with EverWebinar is a smart move. Don't try and create one that isn't proven to work.
  • There are several webinar platforms out there but EverWebinar does a great job with turning it evergreen.
Alternatives Considered
Everwebinar allows you to take a previously recorded webinar and set it up to play like a scheduled webinar automatically. This way you don't have to show up every day several times a day to do your webinar. Just have the end user sign up for the next available webinar that everwebinar will do for you.
