Exceed.ai works well for us in comparison to Conversica, as Conversica has stopped supporting automotive retail as well as in the past. I appreciate the team at exceed.ai as well, as I believe they truly care about our partnership and our success. This is a rarity in our industry.

For the moment, Exceed.ai is suitable for our business needs; however, I have used boost.ai at a previous organisation and found it to be more intuitive and easier to set up than Exceed.ai. Another advantage boost.ai has over Exceed is the use of a no-code environment which would be beneficial as our team are not programmers by nature. That being said in terms of value for money and customer service Exceed.ai comes out on top.

Exceed.ai feels much more polished and feature-rich, including options such as pre-qualifications and the ability to schedule a calendar invite/meeting with a sales representative while Gorgias is designed more as a chatbot to feed FAQ responses and automated messages, without the advanced AI to pre-qualify and schedule meetings.

Our biggest issue with Pipedrive was during the implementation process. We quickly found their programming to be not that good, so we decided to switch to Exceed.ai It is an intelligent virtual assistant tool that can help you with your daily activities. Whether it is scheduling meetings, sending emails, or reminders, we are always at your service.

HubSpot works perfectly well too. Feature of getting the notification on Email open rate and click rate is good. But email marketing on Exceed.ai is far better and customer support is great too. Exceed.ai's ability to handle mass outreach to a large number of people at once. With a single press of a button, the AI virtual assistant may start a conversation with many prospects.

Verse was the other platform we tried and there were too many issues and a lack of 24/7 outreach. Exceed.ai is customizable and incredibly helpful to our sales team. We love how we've been able to select a lead cadence and provide our own types of responses for the Exceed.ai team to take over and continue outreach on these prospects. It's a game-changer!

Exceed.ai was a better vendor to work with long term and was very great through the whole negotiation process and implementation. Their sales team and support were awesome to work with. Some of their competitors were bully sales people and didn't have our best interest at heart. I love working with the Exceed.ai team.

  • Intercom and Drift
Our team has used Intercom for a while but the interface didn't seem so appealing. With a new design and clear navigation, Exceed.ai is better. The conversation is quite good with Exceed.ai as compared to Drift.
Drift is amazing, no doubt. But Exceed.ai seems better for our support team.

Exceed is flexible and configurable. The assistant actually scheduled meeting on reps calendars and it supports both chat and email. Great value to money and flexible business terms. And, I was amazed how good the NLP works.
