During the pandemic we had to temporarily close our webstore, during which time we redesigned the setup to include a new look and new payment options. Google Pay makes it easier for customers to check out quickly and complete their purchases on our new store.

We have not been able to make use of Google Pay for in-person transactions at sporting events; I am unsure how this would improve the process of selling publications at NCAA and other collegiate events

We aren't incredibly heavy users, so it hasn't had a measurable impact on ROI, but the quick availability of the funds provide for a happy bookkeeper, and we all know, if the bookkeeper isn't happy, nobody is going to be happy. :)

Along similar lines, the ease of use and the intuitive nature, especially for a company utilizing so many other Google products, means that there is almost no training needed and almost never any frustration with logging in or getting it to work, or any of the usual headaches that waste so much time for anyone in the office.
