Love GoTo Webinar - it’s a great solution for webinars. We actually use different webinar products for different groups and this is the tool we use for external meetings as it’s the most user friendly that we’ve found.

We love the features that you can mute participants, take questions and follow up after the call, if there isn’t time. Sharing and receiving RSVPs is very helpful and use friendly. We have account managers that’s host webinars with 50+ clients regularly and it’s just such a game changer with all the amazing features.

During the pandemic period where lock downs and stringent business rules did not allow meetings or trade shows, GoTo Webinar made it possible to reach a wide audience of potential customers and not stop business. Intuitive, easy to use and interactive, the software is also thought for large audiences that can be managed by a moderator. The live chat is an interesting instrument to share extra info and read comments while following the main conference.

GotoWebinar is a webinar platform that is integrated with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly known as Pardot). We use the platform for hosting external monthly webinars and providing client training on an adhoc basis. It is an excellent out-of-the-box solution that seamlessly integrates with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM.

Many events we use to host at live venues have been reduced to an online venue. GoTo makes it easy to set up many webinars, and it allows you to invite many people from different parts of the country! It has made it far more easy to engage with many across the country and the world.

This product we generally use for webinars and yes it has the capability to handle the audience. This software also has good options to share the screen, chat options and also recording management is good. This Platform has a simple interface to use it. that helps while presenting something. A few of the negatives I faced but yes this can be continued.

I've been using GoTo Webinar for 4+ Years. Firstly it was for when we were selling Online Courses (in a previous organization), and now the high ticket offers. GoTo Webinar helps in making organizing webinars simpler and helps us convert a larger audience at the same time.

We use GoTo Webinar for meetings and presenting PowerPoint slides over an organised meeting. It has a great visual experience look-wise. It has a unique option to unmute and then gets joined to the discussion with audio. Look-wise it does not have the clumsy options that other Meeting tools have which is very good for a newbie or, say, a layman person.

It was used for me to be able to do virtual instruction on how to use Canvas. It was during Covid when most everything was virtual. It was fairly simple to use. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a virtual platform to use for meetings, conferences, and training.

As the hub office for six other satellite markets, we have the need to communicate time-sensitive information to all of our account executives at least once per month. We used GoTo Webinar for large scale meetings/trainings that were held for the company and other outside clients. We would use this for larger scale presentations and times when there would be crowd and presenter interaction that would occur to not only spur conversation but also facilitate discussions between major stakeholders.

It is typically reserved for those that can not connect to MS Teams. We have folks all over the country, and often times this is the best way for them to connect. We have also utilized it for meetings with organizations outside of our business.

The business problems that get addressed are reviews during meetings of any internal & external customer support issues. The use effectively gathers & communicates info, not only internally but externally as well. It's a valuable Webinar resource that is being utilized daily by our company!
